Highlights

  • Ice Magic in anime showcases immense power, like Gray Fullbuster’s Devil Slayer Magic and Lydia Ainsworth’s Iceblade Sorcerer abilities.
  • Forbidden Magic in anime leads to major consequences as seen with powerful ice mages like Wainsley and Lawine turning to destructive spells.
  • Evangeline’s Krystalline Basilea and Ray White’s time-freezing power highlight the immense strength and control of Ice Magic users in anime.

Ice Magic is one of the subtlest forms of the arcane arts, and in many fantasy manga and anime, some mages can wield it with extreme precision and power. The power to freeze the blood on their rivals’ bodies, or to crystalize water into sharp weapons to hurl at enemies, all the forms of Ice Magic fans can see have one thing in common: it is tremendously powerful.
