Disney Dreamlight Valley: Where To Get Every Ingredient

Ingredients are materials in Disney Dreamlight Valley that help players prepare meals to restore Energy or to gift a character. There are eight Biomes in the valley, and all the ingredients are scattered around these Biomes. Some are collected from the wild, like Lemons and Mushrooms, whereas others must be bought as seeds from Goofy’s Stall, like Bell Peppers and Zucchini. Do note that Goofy’s Stall randomizes the ingredients every day, meaning sometimes players can find the same ingredient as a seed one day and an actual ingredient the next.

There are ‌six sub-categories under the ingredient section in the Collectables menu in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It is easy for players to find out where every ingredient is located, how much Energy it rewards, and its value in Star Coins.

One of the many thrilling features is the ingredients, as they are completely different from the ones usually found in Dreamlight Valley. As usual, you need to unlock Biomes in Eternity Isle to get more ingredients, as each one possesses its own area to grow. Additionally, keep in mind that while some of the materials are bought as seeds from Goofy’s Stall, the others are picked up from the ground and ready to use.

All Dreamlight Valley Ingredients & Where To Find Them

Here’s where to find all available ingredients in Dreamlight Valley according to the categorization of cooking:

Vegetable

All the available Vegetables are purchased from the Goofy’s Stall. Do note that Mushrooms are also obtained from removing Mushroom Clusters in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Fruits

Coconuts are available after completing Burying the Eel Friendship Quest while Dreamlight Fruit can be found in the Valley after finishing Seed of Memories Quest. Additionally, the Dreamlight Fruit Tree will multiply into more Biomes once The Dreamlight Grove Simba Quest is complete.

Grains

Both Rice and Wheat can be bought from Goofy’s Stall.

Dairy And Oil

Most of these Disney Dreamlight Valley ingredients are available the moment Chez Remy is accessible. Peanuts are available after players complete Remy’s Recipe Book Friendship Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Only Canola and Soya are an exception since both materials are obtained from Goofy’s Stall in Forest of Valor/Ancient’s Landing and Sunlit Plateau respectively.

Fish

As Dreamers know, each Fish can be obtained by fishing a certain ripple color in all the Biomes. There are some exceptions like the Here and There Fish is only available between specific time frames in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Additionally, the Fish is added to the valley thanks to Nala’s Quest, Here and There and Back Again.

Seafood

Some Seafood are considered local specialties to Dazzle Beach in Disney Dreamlight Valley, while the rest is obtained from fishing in other Biomes.

Spices

All of the Spices are harvested from their plants in their Biomes.

Sweets

Sweets are often used to cook desserts in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Ice

Slush Ice is currently the only Ingredient under the Ice category.

All Eternity Isle Ingredients & Where To Find Them

Eternity Isle has many Biomes and each one comes with different kinds of ingredients in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Here’s how you can find them:

Vegetable

It’s worthy of note that Bamboo can also be found as Foraging materials in Disney Dreamlight Valley and picked up from the ground of the Wild Tangle.

Fruits

Among the available Fruits in Eternity Isle, Almonds, Cactoberries, Dreamango, Nestling Pear, and Strawberry are obtained from the wild instead of seeds.

Protein

Proteins are a type of meat available for purchase at Gaston’s Stall, once players complete the Center of Attention Friendship Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley. If, by any chance, players can’t seem to find the Protein category on the stove, head to the All category and scroll down.

Dairy And Oil

These are the ingredients you will find upon heading to the Dairy and Oil category while cooking.

Fish

The Glittering Dunes introduced a unique method of fishing which is by throwing the Fishing Rod in the quicksand to catch some Fish.

Seafood

Some Seafood can only be found at certain times, like the Brilliant Blue Starfish, which appears only at night between 6 PM and 5 AM.

All the following spices are picked up from the wild.

Currently, there’s only one Sweets in Eternity Isle.
