One of Huanglong’s six sentinels, Jue, is officially an Echo in Wuthering Waves. Initially introduced as an NPC during the prologue, this majestic deity can now be absorbed to grant the Spectro characters a massive surge in power. Especially for those planning to build Jinhsi, Jue will be one of the bosses to focus on.
Not only does this dragon-like entity serve as her best Cost 4 Echo, outranking Mourning Aix in terms of ability, but you also need the unique drop to level up the Resonator’s skill. Jue manifests as the Calamity Class weekly boss after completing Act 7 of the main quest in Wuthering Waves, titled Thaw of Eons. Here’s everything you need to find and beat the sentinel.

How To Find Jue Echo Boss In Wuthering Waves
After completing the Thaw of Eons quest, Jue will be available as a weekly challenge in Wuthering Waves. Players will find the boss domain (Temporal Loop) at the peak of Loong’s Crest, south-east of Mt. Firmament. There isn’t a direct way to spawn in the Temporal Loop, so access the nearest Resonance Beacon instead to reach the location.
How To Beat Jue Echo Boss In Wuthering Waves
Jue is an agile entity, so tracking its movement can be challenging at times, as opposed to slow bosses like the Bell-Borne Geochelone or the Mech Abomination in Wuthering Waves. However, the simple attack pattern and lack of a massive HP pool don’t really qualify the sentinel as a formidable threat. Just remember these things before entering the battle.
- Jue unleashes a tail slash with a delay, which can be difficult to react to. Try evading when the rear end is about to touch the ground.
- Other sequences include a giant sword swing and a beam attack with distinct launch animations. There’s no way to parry these moves, so dodge them accordingly.
- On rare occasions, the dragon will hover around for a while, shooting multiple energy beams. To avoid getting hit by them altogether, grapple and glide off.
- Every attack deals with Lightning or Spectro DMG, so consider using the resistance sprays if you are struggling to stay alive. The Synthesizer should have the recipes unlocked by default.
- Also, stay away from Jue’s face, as its roar has a knockback effect. To close the distance, use the grappling feature.
Since Jue in Wuthering Waves also has high resistance to Lightning and Spectro DMG, characters like Calcharo or Jinhsi will struggle in the battle. Therefore, Resonators from Aero, Fusion, Havoc, and Glacio have to do all the heavy lifting for this weekly boss. Certainly, someone with access to ranged attacks like Encore, Chixia, and Mortefi is ideal for the job.
