Shooting the head did nothing, so they pulled the pin on a grenade, throwing it at the perfect moment so that it would explode near the head. After this, zombies began raining from the sky, and loot was even dropped for the player to collect. Interestingly, the player took damage whenever the zombies landed on top of them.

Shooting all five of these shoes will teleport players to the Mister Peeks bowling alley Easter egg in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
