All Pokemon GO December 2023 Events

With the start of December right around the corner, Niantic has released the complete event calendar for Pokemon GO, and it seems like the developers have some exciting plans for the end of the year and the Holiday season.

November was a relatively slow month for Pokemon GO fans. While there were a few interesting events, such as the Festival of Lights, fans were left lacking for big events. For December, Niantic is bringing holiday-themed events and a special Community Day this time around, focusing on not just one Pokemon but all Pokemon that have been featured across Community Days throughout 2022 and 2023.

Pokemon GO December 2023 – New Events

There are a series of big events slated for this month, starting with the Hisuian Samurott Raid Day, which will mark the debut of the Pokemon in 3-star Raids. Alongside that, a few other events will debut in December, such as the Winter Holiday event, Along The Routes, and Adamant Time. Here is the complete event schedule for December 2023.

Pokemon GO December 2023 Spotlight Hour Schedule

The Spotlight Hours will be held every Tuesday between 6 pm and 7 pm local time for December, and players will get a much better chance to catch the featured Pokemon with the increased spawn rate. Vanillite is the newly added shiny for this month, and players will have to wait until the very last week of the month to see it in the Spotlight Hour event.

Pokemon GO December 2023 Raid Schedule

As far as 5-star raids are concerned, players will find a number of familiar Pokemon in this month’s lineup. After featuring Genesect, Virizion, Cobalion, and Terrakion last month, Pokemon GO players will get a chance to catch The Tao trio this month alongside Regigigas.

For the Mega Raids, the game follows a similar theme as the other event, with a heavy emphasis on Ice-type Pokemon, apart from one exception, Scizor. For this month, all of the Pokemon can be shiny.

Additionally, Shadow Zapdos will be appearing on weekends as part of Shadow Raids, so it is a good time to catch the Electric legendary for players who don’t have it already.
