Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is filled with all kinds of difficult choices. Not only do players have to make a decision regarding Red and Antea, but they will also have to find solutions to the problems of other individuals. These choices collectively affect the story, including the ending.

So, players have to be careful with their decisions. However, it is quite possible that players won’t be making the same choices over and over again. This will affect the ending, and there is a chance that you could end with the worst one. There are a total of four endings in Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. In this guide, players will learn how to unlock all the endings in the game, and which is the best one?

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden - All Endings (& How To Get Them)

As previously stated, players can achieve up to four different endings in the game. However, the procedure to unlock them is different. These are the four endings in Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden:

  • Ascent Oath Fulfilled (Best Ending)
  • Ascent Oath Partially Fulfilled
  • Resurrection Oath Completed
  • Oath Failed (Worst Ending)

Ascent Oath Fulfilled

In this ending, players will have to try to help Antea reach her Ascent. To successfully complete it, players will need to Ascend the majority of the spirits during the playthrough. In some cases, it might make sense to Blame a character, but try to avoid the option. This particular ending allows Red to part ways with Antea on a positive note. He doesn’t feel guilt, only sadness. But that too goes away with time.

Ascent Oath Partially Fulfilled

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden - Best Ending

To achieve this ending, players will have to alternate between Ascend/Banish and Blame. While Ascend and Banish add to Antea’s Ascent, Blaming people will count towards her Resurrection. Antea will get her Ascent, but choosing Banish a few times will leave Red with a great deal of guilt in his heart.

Resurrection Oath Fulfilled

The Resurrection Oath ending involves players working to revive Antea after she is killed by the Nightmare. In this ending, players will have to pick the option to Blame as many people as possible. You do have the freedom to sometimes pick the other two, but most of the time you will need to choose Blame.

Oath Failed

This is by far the worst ending in Banishers Ghosts of New Eden. In this ending, players will have to do the opposite of what they would normally need to complete their oath. For instance, if you had selected to revive Antea, then you would have to Blame as many people as possible. But if you are going for this ending, you need to choose only Ascend and Banish. This will successfully fail the oath.
