Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - How To Get The Game Is Love Weapon Blueprint

Every now and then, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 players get treated to some free cosmetics as part of programs conducted by the game. These giveaways are usually time-limited, and not everyone will be able to claim them.

This time around, players can grab Game is Love, a neat animated camo for the MCW 6.8. It may not be as flash as the Binary Mortality camo from a previous MW3 event, it’s still worth grabbing, especially if you’re collecting skins for your guns. Here’s how you can claim it.

How To Get The Modern Warfare 3 Game Is Love Camo

Open and login to your Discord app.
Go to Gift Inventory in the Settings menu.
Start the Modern Warfare 3 quest.
Join a voice chat channel or hop onto a call with a friend.
Stream Modern Warfare 3 for 15 minutes via Discord’s screen share feature.
Claim your reward code in the Gift Inventory screen.
Redeem the code at the Call of Duty website.
Restart MW3.

The Game is Love animated camo for
MW3
is only available until June 18, 2024. As of writing, it’s unsure if the camo will return in the future.

In order to claim the Game is Love camo, you need to have a Discord account and at least one friend to stream the game to. Once you login to Discord, you should see a Modern Warfare 3 quest in your Gift Inventory. Start it, and it will tell you all the steps you need to take to get the skin. Simply enough, all you have to do is stream the game to a friend or a voice chat channel for 15 minutes.

Once your stream is over, go back to Discord’s Gift Inventory section to find a code. Redeem that code in the game’s official website. The next time you play, you should be able to see Game is Love as a camo option for the MCW 6.8 in Modern Warfare 3.

The camo itself is very bright with mixtures of neon colors everywhere, contrasting some of the other unlockable camos in MW3. The animation itself affects the anime girl graphic on the left and right sides of the gun, giving it a flowing distortion effect. As for the weapon itself, it comes with the SZ Bullseye 6.0x magnification optic, 30-round Mag, and the Orchestra-40 Short Heavy Barrel, which improves ADS speed, recoil, Hipfire and Stance Spread, and Sprint-to-Fire speed. Overall, it’s not bad, but some players might not like having a 6.0x optic on the MCW 6.8.
