- CoD: BO6 may reintroduce the Salvage mechanic, sparking mixed reactions.
A talented Call of Duty Zombies player has recently crafted iconic lethal tactical equipment which was introduced to players in Black Ops 4. Call of Duty Zombies is a very popular game mode that has been included in many titles of the franchise, starting with World at War. The upcoming BO6 will also feature this mode to keep players engaged for a long time.
Many gamers around the world are very creative and try to replicate weapons and equipment from the games they like. Call of Duty players are quite good at this job, too, as seen on several occasions. These replicas are often made with such great care and precision that they look even better in life than in the actual game. One such example would be the super realistic replica of the Ray Gun from Call of Duty Zombies. The Ray Gun was introduced in Call of Duty: World at War, which was also the first CoD game ever to feature a Zombies mode.

A Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 player creates a very impressive and scary mod that makes the Zombies mode map Die Rise look like a horror movie.
The most recent example of a player making a replica appeared on a Reddit post by TheApropalypse, who has created a replica of the iconic Black Ops 4 equipment, Wraith Fire. The Wraith Fire is one of the most useful gear among the equipment and weapons in Call of Duty Zombies, as the flames from it do not harm players. The images in the Reddit post show striking similarities between the replica and the actual tactical equipment in the game. The replica has a black and bronze outer shell and a cylindrical glass chamber which holds a blue liquid that creates the fire, all of which mimic the actual properties of the tac gear in the game.
CoD Zombies Player Shows Off Wraith Fire Replica
Fellow CoD players and fans in the comment section of the post seemed to love the Wraith Fire replica, with most of them praising the creator. Some of them went so far as to comment that they wanted to drink the blue liquid inside because it looked like a very tasty mocktail to them. Some of them even joked around saying that drinking the liquid would possibly burn their insides, but they wanted to try it anyway.
The unrealistic weapons and equipment like the Wraith Fire are very popular and effective in Call of Duty Zombies. Recently, the devs introduced the Sledgehammer in MW3‘s Zombies mode with a special perk that sends zombies flying. The Sledgehammer deals such great damage that only one hit is enough to put down zombies for good.
CoD fans are now looking forward to the release of BO6. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will seemingly bring back the controversial Salvage mechanic from World at War. Not all players are happy about the return of this mechanic because it can be extremely tedious to collect all the materials. As the devs never confirmed this claim, this mechanic might not return to Call of Duty after all.
