Coral Island is a wholesome farming simulation video game developed by Stairway Games. In this game, you play as a character who has recently acquired a farm on a tropical island. Apart from planting and harvesting crops on the farm, the players can also raise livestock, mine for rare materials, craft useful items, cook tasty dishes, and meet and date NPCs.

How To Get Cocoa Beans In Coral Island

Cocoa Bean plants can easily be grown on your farm in Fall and Winter seasons. All you need is a 2×2 tile square and Cocoa Bean Seedlings. Unfortunately, the Cocoa Seedling is really costly, costing 1,500 Coins each. You can purchase them from Sam’s General Store, given that you have reached Town Rank C. Alternatively, you can wait for the Harvest Festival event and buy the same seedling for 1,200 Coins.

Plant the seedling in your 4-tiles square and make sure to water all four tiles daily to keep the plant healthy. The plant will take 10 days to produce its first harvest, and then four days for every additional harvest. Each harvest will give you two Cocoa Beans, and the plant will keep producing grains till the end of winter. And yes, you can keep your Cocoa plant fresh year-round by raising it in the greenhouse.

How To Use Cocoa Beans In Coral Island

Cocoa seedlings might be a bit expensive, but they are worth the investment. Each grain can be sold for 85-170 Coins at Sam’s General Store, depending on its quality. You can also give Cocoa Beans to any NPC as a gift, since no one seems to hate this aromatic grain crop. Furthermore, a Cocoa Bean of silver quality or higher can be used as the Fruit Plant Offering in the Advanced Altar.
