One item you definitely want to have in your inventory is the Potion of Luck. Unlike the Potions of Healing and Protection, it increases your chances of getting better loot. In this guide, we will cover everything you need to know about the Potion of Luck in Dark and Darker.

How to Get Potion of Luck in Dark and Darker

First things first, players can get their hands on the Potion of Luck in two ways:

• Finding in the dungeon.
• Purchasing it from a merchant.

You can find the potion by either opening chests or taking down enemies. While you’re exploring the massive Dark and Darker dungeons, you’ll come across all sorts of chests, like Bronze Ornate Chests, Flat Chests, and Small or Large Oak Chests. Opening these chests can reward you with the Potion of Luck.

Players can also get the Potion of Luck by beating stronger enemies and bosses in the game. But keep in mind that it’s not a sure thing, so you might not always get it from every tough enemy you take down.

Another way to grab the Potion of Luck is by buying it from the Fortune Teller merchant. For this purpose, you will need to click on ‘Merchants’ in the top menu, find the Fortune Teller, and buy the potion there. And yes, just to quickly mention, you can only get this potion once every 30 minutes, so make sure to use it wisely.

Most items in Dark and Darker have rarity levels, and the Potion of Luck is no different. Players can find it in two rarities. Here’s a quick look at both types:

Increases your luck by 20, 50, or 80 percent.

Increases your luck by 50, 100, or 150 percent.

For example, if you get the Uncommon Potion, you will have a 20%, 50%, or 80% chance of finding high-quality items like armor and weapons. This will also help you increase your gear score. It’s important to point out that the potion only lasts for a few seconds, so make sure to drink it before you open a chest or an enemy drop.

Players will need to consume the Potion of Luck to increase their luck. First, open the inventory and put the potion in the consumable slot. Then, just right-click on it to use it.

Drinking more than one potion at a time won’t stack the effects, so just use one at a time.
