Fallout 76: How to Get Unstoppable Monster

The Unstoppable Monster in Fallout 76 is a Level 50, unarmed melee gauntlet made from the claws of Fallout’s most iconic monster, the Deathclaw. It is a highly sought-after weapon because it is one of the best melee weapons used in bloodied melee builds. The Unstoppable Monster was originally available as a reward for completing the Succumb to Depravity weekly challenge during Survival mode, which Bethesda introduced in June 2019. After that, Bethesda released another variant as a plan that you can craft at a weapons workbench.

However, the old version is no longer available and there are only two ways to get the newest variant of the Unstoppable Monster. Still, by educating yourself and having some luck, you’ll have it in no time. Here’s how to get Unstoppable Monster in Fallout 76.

How to Get Unstoppable Monster in Fallout 76

It is important to note that fellow players often refer to the available version of the Unstoppable monster as the Daily Ops version. You will notice the difference between the two in their coloring. The Daily Ops version of the Unstoppable Monster has a red blood pressure cuff compared to the blue one of the legacy version. In addition to the different colored cuffs, you cannot trade the Daily Ops Unstoppable Monster. Finally, you cannot reroll its legendary effects, but you wouldn’t want to anyway, since they fit the build.

There are only two ways you can get the Unstoppable Monster in Fallout 76: earning the plan as a reward for achieving specific tiers when completing Daily Ops or purchasing it from a particular vendor.

Earn as a Reward for Completing Daily Ops

If you’re level 50 or above, you can earn the Unstoppable Monster plan by completing Daily Ops, but it’s not a walk in the park. You must complete the Daily Ops and achieve the Paladin and Elder tiers to have a chance at the plan. To reach these ranks, you must complete the entire Daily Ops in under 12 minutes for the Paladin tier and under 8 minutes for the Elder tier. It’s a challenge, but the reward is worth the grind.

Buy from Minerva With Gold Bullion

In addition to getting the Unstoppable Monster from completing Daily Ops, you can buy the plan and craft it at a weapons workbench for 1,333 Gold Bullion from Minerva. She will sell it during Sale #10 and Big Sale #12.

Here’s when and where Minerva will have Sale #10 and #12 in Fallout 76:

• Minerva’s Emporium (Inventory #10): August 12 to August 14 at the Crater
• Minerva’s Big Sale (Inventory #12): August 29 to September 2 at The Whitespring Resort

Bethesda posts no official schedule on when and where Minerva will be. This means that the above dates are an estimation based on her weekly schedule, how she rotates her stock every week, and the dates Minerva has already completed in 2024. Minerva has 24 different inventories that she sells, starting at #1 and ending at #24. For the first three weeks of a month, Minerva’s Emporium happens from Monday to Wednesday. She then sells all three of the previous inventories on the fourth week of every month, which is called Minerva’s Big Sale. However, this sale happens from Thursday to Monday instead. Each week, the inventory will progress by one until it hits #24, and then it will start over at #1 again.

How To Get Overgrown Deathclaw Gauntlet Paint in Fallout 76

If you already have the Unstoppable Monster in Fallout 76 but want to add flair, you can purchase a new skin from the Atlantic City expedition. This skin is named Overgrown Deathclaw Gauntlet Paint, which makes it more Plantfolk than Deathclaw, similar to the Overgrown NPCs you’ll find in Atlantic City.

You can buy the Overgrown Deathclaw Gauntlet Paint skin from Giuseppe Della Ripa, who can be found at the Whitespring Refuge in his Curios shop, for 50 Stamps. To get there, fast-travel to the inside of the Whitespring Refuge (not the north entrance). Then, turn right and continue through the common room. His shop is on the left with a big banner over the entrance. You will find him behind the counter beside Bubbles, the Nuka-Cola vendor.
