How to Get Lunchboxes in Fallout Shelter
In Fallout Shelter, Lunchboxes are a collectible item that can be acquired through purchase with real currencies, as well as through some quests, drops from Wastelanders, completing objectives, and daily and weekly reports. If you’re looking for the quickest way to accumulate Lunchboxes, then this does unfortunately involve purchasing them. However, you can still rack up the odd Lunchbox here and there quite consistently by prioritizing quests and objectives that you know will guarantee a Lunchbox as one of the rewards gifted upon completion.
When it comes to earning Lunchboxes through quests, you can most commonly find them from Wasteland quests or Overseer quests after unlocking the Overseer’s Office. If Lunchboxes aren’t included in one of the indicated guaranteed rewards, then you can still randomly obtain them as loot from certain enemies or objectives – though as Lunchboxes are one of the rarest items in the game, the odds for this are pretty low. While it can take a while to obtain Lunchboxes through one specific method, if you combine prioritizing quests and objectives to claim them as rewards with participation with the other methods that have been listed above, then you should be able to earn Lunchboxes on a semi-consistent basic, allowing your Vault to benefit from helpful boosts now and again.
Upon opening a Lunchbox in Fallout Shelter, players will receive five randomly generated cards, consisting of various currencies and resources in the game. Cards may contain Dwellers, outfits, Caps, weapons, Junk, resources, Nuka-Cola Quantum, pets, and Mister Handy. In every Lunchbox that you open, at least one of the five cards that you receive will always be Caps, so at the very least you will end up with a monetary bonus that you can use to help with purchases around your Vault, such as creation or upgrading new rooms and facilities.
