Although Halo Infinite didn’t have the smoothest of starts, 343 Industries, now known as Halo Studios, has managed to find its footing over the past couple of years thanks to continued efforts to keep the game updated both with fixes and quality of life improvements, as well as new content.
While it may have gotten off to a slower start than many players would have liked, Halo Infinite‘s live service plans enabled the studio to continue offering new content, seasons, and events for players to check out. Over the years, players have seen a variety of “Operations” or limited-time events like Cyber Showdown, Fractures, The Yappening to name a few. Halo Infinite has even mixed with specific real world seasonal events such as the winter holiday months with Winter Contingency, though this year, the game is finally leaning heavily into Halloween for its next content release.
