How to Unlock the A Flair for Fighting Trophy in Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO

Much like the Dramatic Finishes found in Dragon Ball FighterZ, Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO players can experience unique animations by finishing fights with certain moves. They’re called Special Finishers in Dragon Ball:Sparking! ZERO​​​​​​​, though, and there are only three of them as of the time of writing.

Players will need to have viewed 20 Special Finishers before they can unlock A Flair for Fighting, which is one of 50 Trophies / Achievements in Dragon Ball:​​​​​​​Sparking! ZERO​​​​​​​. Thankfully, it’s possible to do this pretty quickly despite how few Special Finishers Sparking Zero has at launch.

How to Perform a Special Finisher in Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO​​​​​​​

To perform a Special Finisher, Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO players will need to finish a fight using an Ultimate while playing as Goku (Z – Mid) Super Saiyan, Master Roshi, or Goku (Z – End) Super Saiyan 3. To perform an Ultimate, players will need to charge up their ki until they enter Sparking Mode, then hold either R2 (PlayStation) or RT (Xbox) and press Circle (PlayStation) or B (Xbox). Assuming the attack deals enough damage to fully deplete the other fighter’s health bar, there’ll be a special freeze frame at the end of the Ultimate.

All Special Finishers in Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO

As mentioned above, there are three Special Finishers in Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO. The first is Goku (Z – Mid) Super Saiyan’s Angry Kamehameha, the second is Master Roshi’s Evil Containment Wave, and the third is Goku (Z – End) Super Saiyan 3’s Dragon Fist. Performing each one of these once will unlock one of Whis’s Wishes, rewarding the player with a stamp and 20,000 Zeni. Of course, given how easy it is to farm Zeni in Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO, the latter will be fairly useless for most players.

How to Unlock the A Flair for Fighting Trophy / Achievement in Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO

Players will unlock the A Flair for Fighting Trophy / Achievement once they’ve viewed 20 Special Finishers. The fastest way to do this is to use Goku (Z – End) Super Saiyan 3 and fight against Mr. Satan. If players equip the Secret Measures Battle Ability item, which is unlocked by completing the Body Change Turns the Tables! Bonus Battle, they’ll start the fight with one Skill Point already stored up, allowing them to trigger Sparking Mode right away. After doing so, they should perform one or two melee combos, fire off the Dragon Fist Special Finisher, and then repeat this process until they unlock the A Flair for Fighting Trophy.
