MAPPA’s hard work is easy to see in the episodes, as each of them has been of incredible quality. Due to the influx of so many amazing episodes, it is hard to pick a favorite. 13 Premature Death

Premature Death brought an end to a rather intense arc. Geto’s mind was deeply affected by the events surrounding Riko, and seeing people react in such a bad way drove him to the edge.
Geto eventually decided to get rid of all the humans and create a world full of Jujutsu sorcerers. He slaughtered an entire village, which was the first step toward his goal. Geto and Satoru came face-to-face toward the end of the episode, but the latter could not bring himself to kill his friend.

Gojo Satoru established himself as a powerful character very early in the series. In this particular episode, on his way to meet the principal, he came face-to-face with Jogo, a special-grade cursed spirit. Jogo was confident that he could defeat Gojo with the help of surprise attacks, but he was proven wrong within mere moments.
The cursed spirit realized that he needed to go all out, as none of his other moves troubled the sorcerer. Jogo used his Domain Expansion, prompting Gojo to counter it with his own. The episode gave fans a taste of Gojo’s strength and showed how easily he can overwhelm a special-grade cursed spirit.

Itadori Yuji’s failure to save Junpei left him distressed. He could not believe that Mahito would mutate an innocent person. This caused Yuji to attack Mahito, and the two were soon engaged in a fierce battle. It didn’t take long for the cursed spirit to find an opening to kill Yuji, but Nanami arrived in the nick of time to save the young sorcerer.
Yuji and Nanami realized that they needed to work together to defeat their opponent. Unfortunately, Mahito was two steps ahead, and he trapped Nanami in his Domain Expansion. Yuji had to break the barrier from the outside, forcing Mahito to touch Sukuna’s soul. The King of Curses brutally wounded Mahito, which gave Yuji and Nanami a chance to regroup. Mahito sensed that he was in trouble and created a distraction to escape. The battle served as a valuable experience for Yuji, who swore that he wouldn’t lose until he killed Mahito.

The two sorcerers were dominated by the brothers for the majority of the fight. Despite things looking glum, Yuji and Nobara continued to battle until they killed both Kechizu and Eso.

This enraged Yuji, who was trying to make Junpei change his ways. Seeing Junpei die horribly after Mahito mutated him sent Yuji into a frenzy. To make matters worse, both Mahito and Sukuna shared a laugh at Yuji’s expense. Fans could feel the tension between Yuji and Mahito, both of whom had different ideas for Junpei.

The Goodwill Event was supposed to be a test for the young and upcoming Jujutsu sorcerers, but it quickly turned into a battleground when Hanami and others invaded. The cursed spirits showed off their incredible strength by overwhelming almost all the sorcerers.
Yuji and Todo managed to put up a fight against Hanami, which pleased the latter. The cursed spirit was happy and enjoying himself while Yuji and Todo were working hard to stay alive. Yuji had to rely on his new move, Black Flash, to deal damage to Hanami.

However, the appearance of Toji Fushiguro changed everything. It seemed that he would go after Megumi and his allies, but Toji fought and defeated Dagon.

In this specific episode, Gojo Satoru got serious and began his onslaught on the Cursed Spirits. He went after Jogo and Hanami, as the two had fought him in the past. Satoru managed to catch Hanami off-guard and exorcised the Cursed Spirit in next to no time.
Following the death of their comrade, Jogo and Choso decided to attack Satoru from a distance. Jogo used hit-and-run tactics in order to avoid being caught by Satoru. Soon, Mahito joins the fray and starts killing people. Satoru admits that it is not possible to save everyone, so he decides to unleash his domain for 0.2 seconds. He successfully takes down 1000 enemies. However, Geto appears and uses the Prison Realm to capture Satoru.

Gojo Satoru is the star of Jujutsu Kaisen. Most of the time, he is relaxed and easygoing, but he can change his mood instantly. In the third episode of season two, Gojo Satoru was attacked by Toji Fushiguro.
Suguru tries to help Satoru, but the latter orders him to complete the escort mission. Shortly afterward, an epic battle involving Toji and Satoru ensued. Satoru tried his level best to overwhelm the assassin, but he fell short. Purely from an animation perspective, this episode is among the best in the entire series.

Toji left the place and regrouped with his mediator. As he began to walk, he saw Satoru. Toji realized that he needed to finish what he started, and the two continued to fight for a while before Satoru killed him using his Hollow technique: Purple.

Mahoraga swiftly destroyed Haruta and turned its attention toward Megumi. Sukuna could not let anything happen to Megumi, so he began to fight Mahoraga. Even the King of Curses struggled to destroy the shikigami, who seemed to have an answer for everything. Fortunately, Sukuna figured out its weakness and wasted no time in exploiting it. With the Mahoraga eliminated, Sukuna took Megumi to safety.

The appearance of Toji shocked Megumi, who was unable to do anything against him. Megumi was at his wits’ end, but he did not give up. Elsewhere, Sukuna was engaged in an incredible fight with Jogo. The Special Grade Cursed Spirit was trying to land a hit on him, as Sukuna had stated he would work under him if he could.
Jogo was trying all sorts of attacks to get the better of Sukuna, even for a second. However, the King of Curses was simply out of his league. Sukuna overwhelmed Jogo to the point where the latter understood that his time was about to end. In the last few moments, he remembered his friends and his promise to them. Before eradicating Jogo, Sukuna commended his strength.
