How to Heal in LEGO Fortnite

The first way to heal in LEGO Fortnite is to eat Prepared and Raw Foods. This includes Raspberry, Meat, Eggs, Pumpkin, and Corn. Players can either grow these foods in the garden or find them scattered across the map. Each time you collect a food item, it’s added to your inventory. To eat the food, open your in-game inventory and look for the food you’d like to eat. Next, move the item to your Quickbar slots to make accessing it easier.

With all your preferred foods in the Quickbar slots, use your associated key bind to swap the item you want to eat (L1/R1 (PS), LB/RB (Xbox). Once you’ve chosen the food, click the right trigger to consume it. It’s essential to note that the food items in LEGO Fortnite have varying health effects. For example, consuming Pizza grants players 25 hearts, while eating Raspberry only adds half a heart. Prepared foods usually increase your health bar faster than raw foods, so it’s wise to build a grill and cook food to eat.

Note that you must stand for different amounts of time to gain the full effects of various foods. If food offers more health, you must stay motionless longer to receive its health. Any slight movements during consumption disrupt the process, forcing you to consume the food again. You should also not take any damage when eating your food as it will prevent you from receiving its benefits.

Another way to improve your health and heal in Fortnite is to rest. If you lie down in a bed, your health will slowly regenerate, but you will have to lie down for a while to recover fully. Be sure to build a bed using simple items like Wood, Rough Amber, Copper Bar, and Wool Thread to lie on.
