Minecraft: 20 Great Biome Mods You Need To Try

Gamers bored with vanilla Minecraft biomes should try these fantastic biome mods that drastically change the game.

JacksonSpike on Reddit shared their fun piece of Minecraft artwork, which depicts what they believed to be every single mob in the game. While it was pointed out that the user had initially missed out the Armadillo, they released an updated version in the comments including the mob, making this collection complete. The pixel art piece itself is great. Each mob is depicted in a squashed style, but they still manage to retain the spirit of their in-game counterparts. It’s clear at first glance what each is supposed to represent, which is the sign of a fantastic fan tribute.

Minecraft All Mobs Pixel Art

Some Minecraft mobs have been included in the game since its early versions in 2009, while others have been added in updates over the years. It’s cool to see when a new mob is added and instantly gains a massive following. There are even some fans who have been debating which older Minecraft mob should get a visual update next, and it would be interesting to see if Mojang would be willing to go back and revisit the classic designs. It could be a controversial choice, but considering the age of the game at this point, it could be a necessary one.

It is awesome to see how much support Mojang continues to give Minecraft. It would have been easy to cash in on a Minecraft sequel at any point over the last few years but instead, the developer continues to support the original title with free new content, making it the best game it can possibly be. A recent Minecraft snapshot even brought back a previously unused feature, by giving players a new way to store their items. Mojang is yet to confirm what the next big update for Minecraft will be centered around, and hopefully it isn’t too long before it can discuss what it’ll entail.
