The Pyro Dino is a rare Deviation that players can acquire in Once Human. Here is how to get it!
How To Get Rubber
Unfortunately, unlike many other materials in Once Human, rubber cannot be directly looted from the environment. The only way to get Rubber is by breaking down scrap items at the Disassembly Bench.
Thankfully, you can begin your rubber hunt from Dayton Wetlands, the starting area in Once Human. This area is packed with towns, factories, and abandoned settlements, all of which contain chests and crates you can loot. Some of the best spots to farm Rubber are Dayton Hospital, Brookham Guardhouse, and Overlook Town.
Besides this, you can explore areas in Iron River, especially around the East Blackfell Junction and Securement Silo: Phi zones to find crates and chests that drop random scraps. Loot everything you can find and pick up as many items as possible to maximize your Rubber yield.
Examples of scrap items that yield Rubber when disassembled include
- Basketballs
- Footballs
- Leather Shoes
- Gloves
- Baby Bottles
- Luxury Watch
- Smart Drone
- Children’s Craft Box
- Electric Iron
Loot crates and storage chests respawn every four hours, meaning you can repeatedly farm the same areas for fresh supplies.
How To Use Rubber
Rubber is a versatile material that is used to craft pretty much everything in Once Human. It is a core component of crafting armor pieces of various tiers, from basic to advanced. Additionally, you need tons of rubber to repair your weapons and equipment.
Rubber is also used to
craft motorcycle parts
, like metal frames, tires, engines, and oil tanks. On average, you’ll need about 45 to 90 Rubber to craft Tier I to Tier V motorcycles.
Another interesting use of Rubber is to craft the Activator, a consumable that cures your meta-human and restores +50% HP. You will also need 15 Rubber to build the Intermediate Supplies Workbench, and 10 Rubber for the Advanced Supplies Workbench, both of which let you craft more items and consumables than the basic one.
