London’s largest e-sports event returns to OVO Arena, Wembley, with BLAST Premier London Open seeing the world’s best Counter-Strike 2 esports teams compete for a prize pot of $400,000 from Friday, 5th to Sunday, 7th September 2025.
The BLAST Premier Open series gives underdogs the chance to compete against the world’s elite teams in some of the leading arenas around the world. Four regional qualifier teams will have earned the chance to face off against the 12 highest-ranked teams in the Valve Global Ranking – the best players in the world – such as Team Vitality’s homegrown superstar William “Mezii” Merriman, who just made history by becoming the first UK player to win a CS Major at last month’s BLAST.tv Austin Major.
The total prize pool for BLAST Premier Open London is $400,000, with the winning team taking home $150,000.
Counter-Strike 2 is one of the most popular esports titles in the world, with famous fans including the likes of Neymar, Nikola Jokic, and Henry Cavill.
The tournament is taking place at OVO Arena, Wembley, one of the most iconic venues in the capital, with a capacity of 12,500. It promises to be an opportunity to witness the thrill of live esports, joining the hundreds of thousands who will be streaming the event live around the world.
Standard tickets are now available individually for the Friday, Saturday, Sunday or as a Three-Day Ticket. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit: https://www.ovoarena.co.uk/events/detail/blast-premier-open-2025.
