With the Straw Hats leaving Wano, the story has officially moved into the Final Saga of One Piece. This means things have become a lot more serious, and the stakes are the highest they have ever been. One Piece Episode 1086 focused on the bounties of the Straw Hat Pirates. There were some surprises, but the new bounties were more or less what the fans expected. Chopper was once again let down by the World Government as his bounty was increased to just 1000 berries. It seems that he is still considered the pet of the Straw Hat Pirates. Nami, Usopp, Franky, and Brook received a decent increase in their bounties. Robin’s bounty shot up to over 900 million berries, which is not surprising given how she took down Black Maria in Wano. Sanji, Jimbei, and Zoro saw their bounties crossing the 1 billion mark. However, the biggest increase was in Luffy’s bounty which went from 1.5 billion to 3 billion berries. With such a significant increase, Luffy and his crew are now among the most infamous pirates in the world. There is no doubt that many noteworthy Marines and bounty hunters will be trying their hand to capture one or more members of the crew.

The episode also revealed the truth behind the formation of the Cross Guild. Everyone in the world was under the impression that Buggy was responsible for the creation of the organization, but the truth was something else. It was confirmed that Mihawk and Crocodile were the ones who came up with the idea of the Cross Guild. The former Warlords decided to band together to prevent the Marines from taking advantage. As expected, Buggy’s underlings misinterpreted his actions, and created posters for the organization, and sent them throughout the world. It was due to this reason that the entire world was tricked into believing that Buggy had somehow managed to bring Mihawk and Crocodile under his wing. Naturally, Crocodile and Mihawk were annoyed and angry, so they went to Buggy’s location. As the island was surrounded by the Marines, the two Warlords used their power to destroy the ships, adding more fuel to the speculation. Not long afterward. Crocodile and Mihawk decided to beat up Buggy and question him about his motives. Buggy tried to explain the situation, but things did not get any better for him. However, Crocodile and Mihawk thought it was better to let Buggy take the brunt of their actions.

Release Date

One Piece Episode 1087 will be released on December 10, 2023. The episode is titled “The War on the Island of Women! A Case Involving Koby the Hero.” It is pretty clear that the next episode will be focused on the events taking place on Amazon Lily, which is an island filled with women. The Marines are targeting Boa Hancock, as she is no longer a Warlord. Unlike Crocodile and Mihawk, she did not form an alliance with an Emperor of the Sea. However, the Marines are aware of Hancock’s threat, and they don’t want to leave her alone for too long.

This undertaking isn’t going to be easy, but it is something they have to do. The Marines aren’t the only ones interested in the Pirate Empress. It seems that the Blackbeard Pirates are also keen on capturing Boa Hancock. The only possible reason for the Emperor to leave Hachinosu would be if there was an object that interested him. It is most likely that Blackbeard wants to steal Hancock’s Devil Fruit. He must have been waiting for an opportunity to strike, and since Amazon Lily is no longer under the protection of the World Government, it makes sense for Blackbeard to attack. It will be interesting to see why Blackbeard wants to take Hancock’s Devil Fruit. He is a man who doesn’t take action without a motive. So, there must be a reason why he is seeking the Mero Mero no Mi.

Koby is also present on Amazon Lily, so it is possible he will be involved in the action. He has improved drastically, but it may be a bit too early for him to face someone of Hancock’s caliber. This three-way impasse is going to result in a lot of destruction. If Hancock does not have any tricks up her sleeve, then she is not going to be able to beat Blackbeard.
