Haki is an incredible power that exists within everyone in the world of One Piece. This power is spiritual in nature and it allows the user to manifest and use it in different ways. Typically, it can be divided into two types, Armament and Observation Haki. A rare third type, called Conqueror’s Haki is accessible to only a select few who are born with it.

Haki is a major power system in One Piece, second only to Devil Fruits and, as such, all the major fighters in the One Piece world possess this power. As such, the Marine Admirals, who are known to be the strongest military power of the World Government, are users of this incredible ability as well. However, the Haki of every Admiral isn’t equally powerful.

6 Ryokugyu

Haki Specialty: Unknown

Ryokugyu is one of the Marine Admirals who was elected recently during the timeskip through a World Military Draft. He appears to be quite a powerful fighter and typically relies on the usage of his Mori Mori no Mi logia power. He’s quite skilled, as seen when he was taking on the members of the Akazaya in Wano.

In the Reverie, he was held back by Morley of the Revolutionary Army. He has not shown any powerful Haki feeds at the moment. As such, fans do not know how strong his Haki is. However, what fans do know is that he tanked a powerful Conqueror’s Haki blow from Yamato to the head, which might indicate that he has, at the very least, strong Armament Haki to ease off the damage.

5 Kizaru

Haki Specialty: Ryuo

Kizaru is one of the original Three Admirals who still serves the Navy. He is quite powerful and fans know him to be an incredibly overpowered Devil Fruit user, given that he has the ability to turn into light itself. At the same time, his Haki isn’t bad at all. Kizaru possesses the ability to use both Armament and Observation Haki. However, his specialty appears to be Armament Haki.

Specifically, Kizaru is known to be a user of the advanced form of Haki, known as Ryuo. In fact, his guard appears to be stronger than that of Sentomaru, who believes that his guard is the toughest in the world. Kizaru’s guard certainly surpasses his and that just goes to show that he has great mastery over Armament Haki, at the very least.

4 Fujitora

Haki Specialty: Observation Haki

Fujitora is another Marine Admiral who was elected through the World Military Draft during the timeskip. Fans know him to be the blind Admiral of the Marines who is also one of the only ones within this group that has shown some compassion towards the suffering people of the world. Fujitora is an incredibly well-written character and, at the same time, also a very intimidating fighter.

He relies on the power of the Zushi Zushi no Mi in combat, which allows him to control gravity. He is also a master of Haki and is known to possess two types, these being Armament and Observation. He specializes in the usage of Observation Haki and this is down to the fact that he is blind and has had to rely on his Haki to compensate for that. He has refined his Haki to such a degree that even though he doesn’t have eyes, he’s still as strong as any other Admiral.

3 Kuzan

Haki Specialty: Ryuo

Kuzan is a former Marine Admiral who once went by the name of Aokiji. He is an extremely skilled fighter who could hold his own even against the likes of Whitebeard and, later on, Akainu. Kuzan is a user of the Hie Hie no Mi, using which he can turn into as well as manipulate ice at will. When it comes to Haki, Kuzan is known to be a very skilled user of this ability.

This is down to the fact that he was Garp’s apprentice and used to train with him. He increased his strength using Battleship Bags, just like Garp. In fact, his Haki was so strong that it was could match Garp’s Conqueror’s Haki punch when boosted by the power of his Devil Fruit. Kuzan certainly has a very powerful Ryuo that fans have already seen during the Egghead Island arc.

2 Sakazuki

Haki Specialty: Ryuo, Future Sight (Potential)

Sakazuki is known to be the strongest of the original Three Admirals and the man who is currently the Fleet Admiral of the Navy. He possesses the power of the Magu Magu no Mi, which is also his strongest asset.

This Devil Fruit allows him to transform into magma and produce it at will. Sakazuki possesses the highest grade of offensive power in the One Piece world, which makes him truly dangerous.

This power of his is further bolstered by his incredible Haki. He is known to possess both Armament and Observation Haki, but fans do not know what Haki he specializes in at the moment. That said, he does possess Ryuo of the highest order, as seen during the Paramount War. Sakazuki might even possess the ability to use future sight as he was seen avoiding attacks by Marco and Vista despite them being coated in Haki. However, this remains unconfirmed at the moment.

1 Sengoku

Haki Specialty: All Types

The former Fleet Admiral of the Navy and the man who is famed as the Buddha, Sengoku is an incredibly powerful figure in the One Piece world. He is someone whose name is held in the same light as the likes of Garp and Roger. Being a legend of the old era, it is a given that Sengoku possesses tremendous power. In fact, he is a user of a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a giant golden Buddha with the power to produce shockwaves from the palms of his hands at will.

When it comes to Haki, Sengoku is incredibly overpowered. He possesses all three types of Haki and is one of the only two Marines to possess Conqueror’s Haki. It is a given that he trained his Haki to the very extremes, given that he was someone worthy of rivaling the likes of Roger and Whitebeard.
