A talented Palworld fan has created a spider Pal concept called Aracling and shared their work online. There are over 100 Pals that Palworld players encounter in the Palpagos Islands, including favorites like Chikipi, Jetragon, and Katress. But players look forward to the addition of new creatures to make the gaming experience even more entertaining.

This year, players saw the debut of Bellanoir in Palworld, with the developers adding the game’s first raid boss. While other monsters aren’t joining the open-world survival game, the Palworld community has been making its own Pals, such as the Grass/Dark-type Mushgloom, and five other original Pal designs inspired by animals such as owls, tigers, and rabbits. This time, another Palworld player has come up with a new Pal design, creating a monster that doesn’t yet exist in the game.

Reddit user Ehcko shared fan art featuring an original Pal called Aracling, the “vertical crawler.” Aracling is a Grass-type Pal, one of the nine elements found in Palworld to which monsters like Mammorest and Lifmunk belong. The Pal is a blue-eyed spider with legs shaped like sharp yellow tips, with protection on its legs and a pattern on its back of the same color. While Aracling has impressive fangs, the Pal’s back has a similar structure.

Palworld Fan Concept Shows What a Grass-Type Spider Would Look Like

In addition to the fan art, the OP shared information to contextualize their artwork, such as the Paldeck entry. According to it, Aracling uses its powerful web to set traps and hangs high above passageways to wait for prey. Its Partner Skill allows it to climb walls easily, and if placed on a ranch, it increases the chances of dropping carbon fiber, a high-grade item used to craft some of Palworld‘s best weapons. Its work suitabilities are Planting 2 and Farming 1, indicating that Aracling is an ideal Pal for working on farms, as there is a synergy between work suitabilities and the Partner Skill.

Other Redditors praised the design created by Ehcko and the idea of the carbon fiber drop. Another player gave the idea of the Pal appearing on the player’s back to carry them, which would offer a different form of locomotion from the flying mounts that exist in the game. With Palworld teasing the arrival of new Pals at some point, players are eagerly waiting to find out if the developers will finally add a spider Pal to the game.
