The stunning collection of classic Pokemon cards saw many fans in the replies of the post praising the stylish collection. Some commented on the Charizard included within the set, confirming that it was not a “shadowless” printing of the card like many of the highest-value cards. The user also shared the curious way they acquired the set, purchasing the set on Facebook’s “Marketplace” storefront with neither the user or their wife collecting the cards previously. One fan did point out, however, that not all the included cards could be from the game’s Base Set, with some Pokemon like Slowbro not receiving a Base Set printing.
