A new pack has been released for Rocket League exclusive to PlayStation Plus subscribers. Rocket League was first released in 2015 and has since become one of the most popular competitive multiplayer titles available today.

Fans of the free-to-play title will be excited to learn that Season 15 of Rocket League officially kicked off on June 5 and runs until September 4. The latest update brings vast new additions to the hit indie title. The new Salty Shores (Salty Fest) arena variant and the Nissan Fairlady Z, which uses the Dominus Hitbox, headline the update, with the Nissan being an auto-unlock for players who purchase the Premium Rocket Pass. Those gamers who subscribe to PS Plus have an extra incentive to log in with a new offer from Psyonix.

On top of the new content available as part of the Rocket League update, PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim a bonus pack from the PlayStation Store at no extra cost. This new bundle includes four unique customization items: Anthesis RD Wheels, Incantor RD Boost, Swim Ring RD Topper, and a Falchion RD Decal for Breakout. It is worth noting that these items are purely cosmetic so they won’t give players any tactical advantages during matches.

  • Swim Ring RD Topper
  • Falchion RD Decal for Breakout

This isn’t the first time that Psyonix has worked with Sony to produce Rocket League bonuses for PS Plus subscribers with examples dating back to Season 6. Eagle-eyed players will notice that there isn’t an expiration date listed on the PlayStation Store page, but gamers should be warned that these bonuses can be removed at any time. The last PS Plus cosmetics bundle for Rocket League was released in February 2024 and was only around for a limited time, so it is best to claim these extras before they are gone.

Many fans will likely be excited to see another PS Plus pack added to Rocket League as the game remains as popular, and as the game approaches its 10th anniversary, players are still enthused about the vehicular soccer game. For example, one fan has created their own Rocket League arena in Minecraft in a display that shows how influential the game is.

Along with adding in free bundles, Psyonix has been busy making sure the free-to-play title remains as popular as ever. The last season of Rocket League saw an impressive X-Men ‘97 crossover with several mutant-based goodies up for grabs for in-game currency and across numerous challenges. While players are diving into Season 15, it remains to be seen what additional surprises may come down the line.
