There’s a surprising amount of theory to becoming a great Quidditch Champions player, as each role has access to 18 Skill Points, but they can only assign 10 at a time. Skill Points are unlocked by leveling up and are shared across all four Quidditch roles. When players have access to 20 Skill Points, they are ready to go as they can always swap 10 of these points between their Keeper, Beater, and Seeker, depending on who they plan on playing. The other 10 points should remain on the Chaser as they are always taken into action.

The Skills for each role are split into 3 trees of 6 Points, and to take a 6th Point means taking the previous 5. While there are technically no best Skill Points, some are certainly stronger than others. Builds also depend on individual play styles, and always remember that your bot will always be playing the role you aren’t, and builds matter for bots too. The brooms in Quidditch Champions should also be considered alongside the best Skill Points for each Quidditch position.

The Best Skill Points For Chasers In Quidditch Champions

Standout Skills For Chasers

  • Quaffle Carry Speed I, II, & III: These reduce the speed penalty while carrying the Quaffle, making them the most important.
  • Throw Speed: Being able to throw the Quaffle 25% faster allows for fluid attacks.
  • One-Timer: Unlocks a new kick ability, which can be great once mastered and with teamwork, but it’s useless until mastered.
  • Team Pass Speed: Gives a speed boost to players who receive your passes, great for coordinated attacks.
  • Tackle Radius: A 20% increase to the tackle radius makes stealing the Quaffle much easier.
  • Quaffle Steal Speed: A 20% speed boost when stealing the Quaffle makes a huge difference in breaking away.

Chasers in Quidditch Champions should ideally be looking to score goals, and if their allies are currently controlling other positions, leaving bots as Chasers, then it’s best to take charge of the Quaffle and not trust the bots.

There are a few variations of an offensive build for Chasers, but it’s imperative that they take 5 Points in Quaffle Handling. This gives them extra speed with the Quaffle, which is crucial for reaching the opponent’s hoops without being caught. The rest is down to preference, although at least 2 Points in Tackling can help significantly.

Playing almost exclusively as a defender is an underrated tactic in Quidditch Champions as any downtime can be spent knocking out any other players, including Seekers and Beaters.

Defensive Chaser builds are perfect for bots when players intend to solely play their other role, such as Beater.

The Tackling line of skills seriously helps with this, and tackles can end up doing 3 extra damage, making eliminations a serious threat. As defenders will be at the back and hopefully stealing the Quaffle, it makes sense to complement this play style with passing abilities. Having one defender/playmaker is a good way to win more games in Quidditch Champions.

The Best Skill Points For Keepers In Quidditch Champions

Standout Skills For Keepers

  • Catch and Steal Radius I, II, & III: Makes saves more likely by increasing the radius for catching.
  • Boost Strafe : Makes moving around the hoops faster.
  • Playcaller Cooldown I, II, & III: Allows rings to constantly be placed to speed up the whole team.
  • Playcaller Ring Slow : Opponents are now slowed by rings (needed for the Playcaller Achievement/Trophy).
  • Power Kick: Can stun enemies with a massive kick and prevent their team from catching the Quaffle for 4 seconds.
  • Freeflight Unlocked: Allows advanced Keepers to move around freely and pull off incredible moves.

Beginner Keepers will definitely want to take all 6 Points in Defense, as this makes saving goals much easier. Their catch radius will be increased, and they can reach hoops and reposition faster.

This can also be good for bots to give them a better chance. Even more important for bot Keepers, however, is the Teamwork line of Skills, which allows them to place more Playcaller Rings to speed the whole team up.

Players who have already mastered the basics of Keeping in Quidditch Champions will potentially want to drop the buffs to the catch radius, as their own skill can be enough to save goals.

Instead, they can then take more aggressive and skillful options from the Attacking Skill Points, which will allow them to dominate the entire area around their hoops. With Freeflight Unlocked and Power Kicks, Seekers should be terrified every time the Snitch heads to the end of the pitch.

The Best Skill Points For Beaters In Quidditch Champions

Standout Skills For Beaters

  • Bludger Damage I, II, & III: A core Skill for Beaters as their Bludgers will deal more damage.
  • Rapid Fire: Can summon the Bludger more often, making a Beater vastly more useful.
  • Tackle Damage I, II, & III: Deal more damage when tackling, making eliminations more likely.
  • Seeker Tackling: Remove 5% of their Snitch meter when tackling a Seeker.

Almost all Beaters in Quidditch Champions will want at least 5 Points in Bludger Handling as their Bludgers will deal significantly more damage, and they can summon Bludgers more frequently.

Skill Points in Tackling can also be good, as tackles will deal more damage, and can have some nice effects, such as sending deflected Quaffles to their team. Taking all 6 Points in Tackling is also an option for those who want to interrupt Seekers by ruining their Snitch meter with tackles.

Making use of the Teamwork Skill Points for Beaters in Quidditch Champions requires much more prowess in the position. This is because the Teamwork Skills are all about stealing the enemy Bludger, and making use of it before it stuns you.

None of this is easy to do, as it requires excellent perception of the opposing beater, as well as precise flying skills. However, if utilized properly, this play style will cripple the enemy Beater’s capability while also taking out their teammates.

The Best Skill Points For Seekers In Quidditch Champions

Standout Skills For Seekers

  • Snitch Chase I, II, & III: Increase the rate at which the Snitch meter fills. This is vital.
  • Snitch Ring Energy: Flying through a Snitch Ring gives a 100% bonus rather than 30%. This means Seekers can skip most rings.
  • Close Contact: Snitch progress fills 5% faster when within 10 meters.
  • Snitch Meter Distance I, II, & III: Gain maximum Snitch meter fill rate from further away.
  • Dodge Speed Boost: Dodging a Bludger grants a burst of speed, and Seekers can expect lots of Bludgers.
  • Bump Parry: Seekers can bump Bludgers back at Beaters, and if they are taken out, life as a Seeker becomes much easier.
  • Meter Thief: Bumping the enemy Seeker steals up to 10% of their Snitch meter.

Most Seekers in Quidditch Champions will want to put all 6 Points into the Seeking line. This not only helps their Snitch meter fill up, but with the Snitch Ring Energy Skill, they will only have to fly through rings every so often to maintain their boost.

Seekers should only fly through rings to fill up their boost, at other times they should cut corners to get as close to the Snitch as possible.

3 points into Defense will also mean their Snitch meter can fill up from further away. Other variations for standard Seeker builds revolve around easier Seeker bumps. A very defensive build for Seekers who want to sit back and focus on not being eliminated is also an option with 6 points in Defense.

In higher-skilled games, filling up the Snitch meter with good flying is not enough, and Snitch hunts can instead turn into all-out brawls with Seeker bumping. This is where points in Disruption come into play.

The ability to steal a percentage of the opponent’s Snitch meter is incredibly strong in the right hands and with increased damage to bumps, a lot can be achieved. Skilled Seekers are also more likely to make use of the Bump Parry ability in the Defense line. This allows them to time bumps with incoming Bludgers to fight back against Beaters.
