Silent Hill 2 Remake: How To Open The Gemstone Box In Lakeview Hotel

When James arrives at the Employee Elevator in Lakeview Hotel, he will find the elevator not moving unless he places all his weapons and equipment in the Cabinet nearby. The elevator takes the players to the Employee Section of the Hotel, where they will encounter the monster that moves around using its arms stuck to the roof. Stealth is the best option, as there is no means to harm them.

Where To Find All Gemstones In Silent Hill 2 Remake

To find the three Gemstone follow these steps:

1. Enter the Cafeteria by jumping through the window and head to the Kitchen to find the Green Gemstone.
2. Head inside the Pantry and go through the open door to reach the Freezer Room. Pick up the Blue Gemstone from the fridge. There is a Glimpses of the Past inside the Pantry that you can also pick up.
3. Go to the Manager’s Office and turn right to find a cupboard you can push in the TV Room. Inside the Manager’s Room, you will find the Red Gemstone.

Opening Gemstone Box And The Safe In The Break Room

Once you have all the Gemstones, go to the Gemstone Box inside the Manager’s Office. To open the Gemstone Box, you must:

• Place the Red Gemstone in the top right slot.
• Place the Green Gemstone in the top left slot.
• Place the Blue Gemstone in the bottom left slot.

This will give you the Keypad Numbers Memo, which shows the number “7414“. Go to the Break Room, use this code on the Safe to open it, and find the Video Tape and Basement Key inside. Open the Basement Door and proceed downstairs to progress in the story.
