The soulslike game Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is set to receive a Complete Edition on February 6, 2024. This package promises to immerse Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty players in its dark fantasy realm filled with demons, warlords, DLCs, new characters, challenges, and a wealth of additional content.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, developed by Team Ninja, originally debuted on the gaming scene on March 3, 2023. This historical fantasy action RPG, set during the Han Dynasty, follows the tale of a nameless militia soldier. Combining RPG elements with intense hack-and-slash combat, Wo Long is leaner, faster, and more focused than previous Team Ninja titles. However, some reviews also noted that Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty can feel a bit uneven at times, offering a game that neither invents nor perfects the mechanics it is inspired by.

Team Ninja shares Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty’s roadmap for the second half of 2023, including upcoming crossovers with two other soulslike games.

In a recent announcement, Koei Tecmo America and Team Ninja revealed the Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition. Scheduled for release on February 6, 2024, for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Microsoft Store and Steam, this edition encompasses the main game and all three DLCs: Battle of Zhongyuan, Conqueror of Jiangdong, and Upheaval in Jingxiang. Additionally, a new endgame content called The Thousand-Mile Journey has been introduced, promising an expanded and enriched gaming experience for one of the best Team Ninja games.

In this Complete Edition, players can anticipate new characters from the armies of Cao Cao, Sun Ce, and Liu Bei, introducing new weapon types, stages, Divine Beasts, more challenging difficulty levels, and expanded functions. Collaboration DLCs featuring content from Nioh 2, Naraka: Bladepoint, and Lies of P, enable players to delve deeper into Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty‘s soulslike style. As an added bonus, Team Ninja will commemorate the Complete Edition’s launch with the release of new equipment, Xuanwu Armor, available to all users who own the main game or opt for the Complete Edition.

Beyond this, in-game items from Wo Long’s original release, including the Baihu Armor, Zhuque Armor, and Qinglong Armor, make a return. To sweeten the deal, players will also receive The Records of the Grand Historian, an item that shows the Marking Flag’s location on the mini-map.

For those eager to dive into Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty’s dark fantasy world, a demo version of the Complete Edition will be exclusively available on PC starting February 6, with saved data seamlessly transferring to the full version upon purchase.
