12 Best Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Games, Ranked
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have starred in many games, and some are much better than others.
Turtle Powers act like Boons in the Hades series. A Turtle Power will normally appear after a room is cleared of villains although there are exceptions. They can give boosts to power and defense, or grant new abilities in battle. Of the many Turtle Powers players will encounter in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate, these are the ones to look out for.
Tools Charge 30% Faster
Mastery is a generic term for a Turtle Power booster that applies to many in the game. This one will help with Tools by charging their usage rate by 30%. Cooldowns work differently in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate than they do in most RPGs.
Instead of running on time, they recharge by how many times players hit enemies. The more damage gets inflicted, the faster the recharge rate for Tools, specials, and other attacks will be.
7 Mastery (Bosses)
+20% Damage To Bosses
This Mastery is a great one for bosses. Players can do about 20% more damage, but just to bosses. This damage applies to all types of attacks from basic strikes to tools, to specials, and so on. If the goal of a roguelike run is to make it to and a defeat certain boss, this is a good Turtle Power to grab.
Every classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles villain from Leatherhead to Karai has rare materials, so the more bosses players defeat, the better they can build their Turtles back at HQ.
6 Mastery (Multi-Hit)
+10% Multi-hit Chance
This final Mastery worth looking at in the early game will make all attacks more effective. It has a 10% chance of causing Multi-hit which will strike enemies twice with the same range of attacks. It’s like the Turtles have mastered the Shadow Clone Jutsu from the Naruto series.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have several movies under their shells. Here’s how they stack up.
There is a Dragon Upgrade back at home base that will increase these chances as well. It might be a better idea to invest permanent and temporary upgrades into Multi-hit more so than investing in basic attacks.
5 Donatello’s Inspiration (Health)
Restore 6 Health Upon Starting An Encounter
Every Turtle in the game has a list of Inspirations that they can amass through Turtle Powers. For example, there is Donatello’s Inspiration which can affect health. Every time players enter a room, they will regain 6 HP. It’s not a lot, but there are stronger versions of this Turtle Power out there.
It’s luck of the draw like in most roguelikes and if players happen to see an Inspiration in the reward pool, they should probably gravitate toward it.
4 Water Attacks
Attacks Deal 15 Water Damage
There are a variety of elemental powers that can affect attacks. Water Attacks, for example, will add a splash of water to every strike embodied by a blue hue. It sort of looks like a jet of blue ink hurtling toward enemies, which may look the coolest when Leonardo has his twin blades out to strike at foes.
It not only adds water elemental power to attacks, but it can extend the range too. It’s hard to grasp what enemies are weak in what element, but the range extender alone is good enough.
3 Adrenaline
Gain A Stack Of Adrenaline Upon Defeating An Enemy
Adrenaline is a positive status effect for the Turtles. It will increase basic attack strength by 5% and players can stack this at least five times, thus resulting in 25% extra damage. It will take a lot of luck to get that many Adrenaline nodes with Turtle Power rewards, but it is possible.

The Turtles have countless animated adventures on the small screen, and each one is different than the last. Here’s how they rank up.
There are other ways to increase attack power in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate. The best way is through the Attack Damage Dragon Upgrade which is permanent and increases attack power greater in quick successions.
2 Quick Feet
+1 Dash Charge
Dodging is important in a hard game and that applies to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate too. Quick Feet is a Turtle Power that will grant players an extra dodge attack. Unlike Tools and specials, dodges actually do recharge with time and the recovery rate is relatively fast.
Still, that doesn’t help during a barrage of attacks. Another way to increase dodges in the game is to get Dash Charge off the Dragon Upgrade menu for a permanent booster to the allotment.
1 Inferno
Apply Inferno To Enemies Hit By Flame Damage For 3 Seconds
There are a lot of status effects that players can inflict on enemies in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate. Inferno is one of the greatest which will do fire damage to enemies for a set amount based on a three-second timer.
Some models will increase the attack strength but not the duration of the status effect. To do that, players will have to invest in the Enduring Effects Dragon Upgrade. Getting both wouldn’t hurt players in the long run.
