How to Get Silk in V Rising

Silk Item Preview from V Rising

Players can get Silk in V Rising after they have unlocked the recipe. To unlock the Silk recipe, players must:

  • Defeat Ungora, the Spider Queen (60 Level Blood Boss) in the Cursed Forest.

You can track Ungora easily via the Blood Altar and travel to the Cursed Forest. Before you set out to defeat Ungora, ensure you have the right gear, level 60 or higher.


First, eliminate the spiders Ungora spawns. Then, use ranged attacks to avoid taking damage from poison via magic circles. Rinse and repeat.

  • Defeat Beatrice the Tailor in Dawnbreak Village.

Defeating Beatrice the Tailor rewards the player with the Loom and Cloth recipe.After defeating both bosses, players can craft Silk.

Items Required to Craft Silk

To craft Silk in V Rising, players will need the following items:

  • 4 Silkworm
  • 8 Highland Lotus
  • 4 Cloth

Silkworm and Highland Lotus Farming Locations in V Rising

  • Players who want to farm Silkworm will be pleased to know there are a couple of noteworthy locations worth checking out, such as the Spider Cave in the Cursed Forest. The cave is home to some of the biggest spiders, but killing them will reward the player with Silkworm. Players can also destroy spider eggs to get Silkworm. However, it is worth noting that not every spider killed will give the player Silkworm.
  • Players can find Highland Lotus in the Silverlight Hills. Here, players should look for the Harpy Nest near the rocks and cliffs for Highland Lotus.


How to Craft Silk in V Rising

Apart from getting the required materials, the player will need the Loom to craft Silk using the following steps:

  1. Head over to the Loom.
  2. Move the required materials to the Input section.
  3. Wait two minutes to get Silk.

You also have the option to dismantle any Tier 3 Cloak at The Devourer for 6 Silk and 4 Spectral Dust.

Why Get Silk in V Rising?

The primary reason for getting Silk in V Rising is to craft the following items:

  • Dawnthorn Armor Set includes Boots, Gloves, Leggings, and Chestguard.
  • Phantom’s Veil.

You will need the Dawnthorn Armor Set before you can upgrade it the Bloodmoon Armor Set.
