WoW SoD: Phase 3 First Aid Guide (Artisan Level 300)

The First Aid Profession level cap has been raised from 225-300 in World of Warcraft Season of Discovery (SoD) Phase 3, unlocking Artisan First Aid, with a max skill cap of 300. This is the highest Level of First Aid in SoD and can be unlocked when a player reaches level 35 on either Horde or Alliance.

The new bandages that can be used are Heavy Mageweave Bandage, Runecloth Bandage, and Heavy Runecloth Bandage. These end game bandages are cruicial for classes that do not have healing abilities such as Rogues and Warriors.

To Level First Aid from 1-300 you need

At Level 150 you will need to Purchase 3 First aid books:
Expert First Aid – Under Wraps,
Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage
and
Manual: Mageweave Bandage
. A vendor is located on the west side of Stromgarde Castle in Arathi Highlands for Alliance and in Brakenwall Village in Dustwallow Marsh for Horde.

How to Get Artisan First Aid in SoD

To achieve a level of 300 in the First Aid skill, you must first finish the Triage quest at 225 skill, which allows a player to learn Artisan First Aid. The quest is the same difficulty for Horde and Alliance.

In this quest, you must triage (heal) friendly NPC patients that are dying. The quest is easy if you use the 3rd person camera angle and turn the quest in as soon as you save 15 patients. (You will fail the quest if patients die, even after you have saved the 15 required)

• Prioritize triage as follows: Critically Injured Soldiers first, followed by Badly Injured, then Injured Soldiers.

​​​​Triage Quest Description: Good day, doctor. You will be tested on your ability to triage patients accordingly this afternoon. Should you pass your examination, you will join the prestigious ranks of Alliance Trauma. Now pay attention! The critically injured must be tended to first. After the criticals come the badly injured. The injured should be tended to last. You must save 15 patients to pass this exam. You will fail should 6 of your patients die in triage. Good luck, doctor.

Horde

Go to Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands and talk to Doctor Gregory Victor who is standing in the town. If you are high enough skill and level 35, he will allow you to accept the Triage quest.

Alliance

Go to Theramore Isle in Dustwallow Marsh and locate Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen. If you are high enough skill and level, you can accept Triage quest.

Once the quest is completed, you can continue leveling the First Aid Profession all the way to 300 and will have the highest level banadages in the game before you know it.
