Rover is the main character in Wuthering Waves, and players will assume their identity as they enter the world of SOL-3. Unlike in other games such as Genshin Impact where the protagonist has a name, in Wuwa, the main character is simply known as Rover. However, similar to Genshin, the MC will have the ability to change its attribute.

The first element Rover will have is Spectro, and the second is its opposite, Havoc. Here’s how players can build Spectro Rover in Wuthering Waves before they have better replacements for the team.

The best Echo for Spectro Rover in Wuthering Waves is easily 5pc Celestial Light, which has these set buffs:

• 2pc: Spectro DMG +10%.
• 5pc: Upon using Intro Skill, Spectro DMG +30% for 15s.

Since getting 5pc of the same set can be difficult, players can temporarily mix Celestial Light with 2pc Lingering Tunes, which has the following effects:

• 2pc: ATK +10%.
• 5pc: While on the field, ATK +5% every 1.5s, up to 4 times. Outro Skill DMG increases by 60%.

Spectro Rover deals great damage with their Resonance Liberation, so boosting Energy Regen is also a decent idea. Additionally, using the Wuthering Waves MC as a buffer with a 5pc set is also not bad. In this case, it’s best to use Impermanenance Heron for the main Echo as it has better supportive properties.

• 2pc: Energy Regen +10%.
• 5pc: Upon using Outro Skill, ATK of the next Resonator +22.5% for 15s.

Spectro Rover Best Weapons In Wuthering Waves

The best weapon for Spectro Rover in Wuthering Waves is the 5-star Emerald of Genesis, which boosts Energy Regen and ATK. If players opt for 4-star equipment, then Commando of Conviction can be the top choice, granting 15% ATK for 15s when Rovers release their Intro Skill. If triggering Intro Skill is too complicated, then Battle Pass’ Lumingloss is a great alternative; it boosts Basic and Heavy Attack DMG for 10s each time the wielder uses their Skill. Since Spectro Rover’s Resonance Skill has a 6s cooldown, they can easily maintain this buff. Just note that this equipment is only viable for a main DPS Spectro Rover, as its effectiveness greatly reduces in other roles.

Consequently, Rovers who are playing as a sub-DPS can use Lunar Cutter, Scale: Slasher, Sword of Night, Guardian Sword, and Sword of Voyager.
