The Opening Night Live event at Gamescom 2024 may be over, but Xbox continues to show off more upcoming titles, revealing Revenge of the Savage Planet, gameplay of day-one Xbox Game Pass title Atomfall, and a deep dive into Starfield‘s imminent Shattered Space DLC.

Xbox already has an immense list of titles lined up for 2025, many of which are first-party. Obsidian Entertainment’s Avowed, which was originally slated for release this year, is coming on February 11. Doom: The Dark Ages, South of Midnight, and Fable are also aiming to be 2025 day-one Game Pass releases. Beyond that, several big third-party titles are picking up the slack, such as Expedition 33, Sniper Elite: Resistance, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, and more, rounding out an incredible-looking 2025 for Game Pass users.

Despite all this, it seems Xbox still has more up its sleeve for Game Pass in 2025. During its second-day Gamescom livestream, Xbox confirmed two more titles coming day-one to Game Pass next year. An isometric, Diablo-like action twist on 2021’s Coraline-inspired EA Originals adventure game, Lost in Random: The Eternal Die was unveiled and confirmed as a Game Pass release during the livestream. The second game, a survival title named Voidtrain, will see players building and customizing their own train that they can use to embark on a journey to explore a surreal and mysterious void.

Two More Day-One Games Confirmed For Game Pass In 2025

  • Lost in Random: The Eternal Die
  • Voidtrain

While both Lost in Random: The Eternal Die and Voidtrain were both confirmed as day-one Xbox Game Pass releases during Xbox’s livestream, neither of them shared concrete release dates. Both games join a list of 13 other 2025 Game Pass games that currently don’t have specific months or dates set, so it’ll be interesting to see where both of these games land in relation to the many big-name titles coming next year. Subscribers to the service will undoubtedly have tons to enjoy next year, even in between the big first-party drops.

Gamescom week is still ongoing, so gamers should continue to keep an eye out for more reveals, gameplay deep dives, release dates, and Game Pass confirmations. As for Lost in Random: The Eternal Die and Voidtrain, interested players may learn more about them later this year or early next year as they approach their 2025 releases.
