Arataki Itto and his Arataki Gang are always up to mischief in Genshin Impact Inazuma. Their mischief always stems from their boss’ “brilliant” idea, one that he can’t actually live up to, due to his incapability with proper management. Thankfully, a member of the gang is highly capable and dependable, so despite the chaotic practice of the Arataki Gang, they always seem to manage an acceptable event each time Itto comes up with the idea on a whim. In version 4.6, Travelers get an invitation from Arataki Itto, which sends them to the Watatsumi Island of Inazuma. Upon arriving at the island of Sango Pearl in Genshin Impact, players meet up with the One and Oni Arataki Itto, who welcome them back to the land of thunder.
Players may see a familiar face upon arriving on Watatsumi Island. Dvorak said that he had been wanting to host a music festival of his own, but his proposal was rejected by the potential investors, due to them being pessimistic that the event would turn out to be profitable. Fortunately, the righteous Arataki Gang is always there to help, although they’re currently distracted by a case of a mysterious dog. As always, Kuki Shinobu ends up single-handedly managing the entire affair, which means it’s up to the players to ease her burden.

In the A Meeting of Melodies mini-game in Genshin Impact 4.6, players must fill in the missing notes according to the music the NPC hummed. Afterward, players can press Play bar to start the music at the musical instrument quality. 3 notes will appear as an option to fill in the missing note, and players must pick between them.
