Head right of the Director’s Office and go up the stairs to reach 3F, where you must break the window and enter Exam Room 5. Pick up the 1F Inner Ward Key from the desk and head inside the X-Ray Room to find the Radiograph of a Pelvis and the X-Ray Viewer Puzzle. This puzzle needs four Radiographs, so your next step is to find the last Radiograph.
