In SpongeBob SquarePants: The Patrick Star Game, Patrick has plenty of activities and objectives to participate in during his visits to each iconic location of the show. One of the many optional objectives in multiple areas is the Mayo Jars, which are hidden collectibles that can be acquired as a Feat in each area, rewarding valuable Sand Dollars that enable you to unlock new costumes for Patrick.
If you’re having trouble tracking down all Mayo Jars in the Demolition Derby area, all the information you’ll need to collect each one of them has been included in the guide below.
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Patrick Star Game – How to Find All Demolition Derby Mayo Jars
In SpongeBob SquarePants: The Patrick Star Game, there are a total of nine Mayo Jars that can be collected from around Bikini Bottom’s Demolition Derby location. Some of these hidden spots require simply breaking a few things to gain access, while others are much trickier to get to and will require the clever use of some items around the area to help you out along the way.
Here is how you can obtain every Mayo Jar at the Demolition Derby area, including screeenshots of their locations on the map to help you find them:
Jar 1
- Inside one of the shipping containers off the side to the entrance of the Demolition Derby zone.
Jar 2
- Inside a glass wall within one of the Demolition Derby structures. Players will need to use the lifts to access this point and then find something to break the glass. The hammer from Patrick’s Under Construction outfit works well for this purpose.
Jar 3
- On the top of one of the highest level platforms. To reach it, you will need to break the boxes underneath the red slabs to create diagonal platforms/bridges, then run up to the climbing ropes. Jump and attach to one of the ropes, and swing your way onto the top platform.
Jar 4
- The fourth Mayo Jar is sitting on top of a section of climbing rope swings. To reach it, you will need to break the boxes on the ground level to create a platform/bridge out of the red slab. Now jump down into the under level and look around for a green trampoline. Grab the trampoline and drag it onto the new platform via the bridge you just made, then use it to reach the Mayo Jar.
Jar 5
- This Mayo Jar sits atop the wheel that makes the Demolition Derby Rage Room entrance. To reach it, turn just to the right of where you picked up Jar 4. Now, toggle the lift and break the glance window to enter this structure. Next, use the trampoline already placed there to jump on top of the structure. Once you’re on top, you should be able to jump onto the wheel, then run up to the top where the Mayo Jar is sitting.
Jar 6
- This Jar is hidden under some breakable boxes, just to the right side of the Rage Room entrance. You can break these boxes with a number of objects, but if you get stuck looking for something, the hammer with the Under Construction Patrick outfit works perfectly.
Jar 7
The seventh Mayo Jar is located to the right of the Rage Room entrance. Continue past where you picked up Jar 6, and you should see a tunnel. The Jar is hidden inside this tunnel, so go ahead and pick it up.
Jar 8
- To find the eighth Jar, you will again need to climb on top of the structure in which you picked up Jar 3. On the top platform, you should see a Clam. Walk into the Clam, and it will launch you onto a sandy hill. From here, run up to the top of the hill and drop down from the top, next to where the barrel sits. By dropping onto the ledge below, you should now be able to snag the eighth Mayo Jar.
Jar 9
- The final Mayo Jar is at the highest peak of the Demolition Derby area. As you explore the outdoor structures, you should be able to see a boating car on top of a very tall pole. The Mayo Jar is located on top of this boating car, so in order to reach it, you will need to find a huge boost up into the sky. One of the ways to do this is by attaching onto the rocket found inside the structure in which Mayo Jar 3 was sitting on top of. The rocket is very tricky to control, though, so it may take a few tries and resetting the world. Alternatively, you may be able to achieve this with a trampoline or Clam + glider combination.
