How to Get Azurewrath Unique in Diablo 4
To get the Azurewrath Unique sword for your Barbarian in Diablo 4, you can opt to start defeating enemies and opening chests after reaching World Tier 3 or World Tier 4. Chances of dropping a Unique item randomly in the game are low, but you can increase them by taking part in endgame activities such as defeating World Bosses, completing Gathering Legions, or running Nightmare Dungeons after using Nightmare Sigils.
If you want to target farm the Azurewrath, you can focus on fighting the two Uber Bosses currently available in the game: Duriel, King of Maggots, and the Echo of Andariel. The Azurewrath Unique sword is part of both of their loot pools, and you can choose to continuously face either boss in the hopes of getting the Unique. Tormented Bosses are much stronger versions of their base counterparts as they are level 200 and will require a Stygian Stone to be summoned. These are rare drops coming from The Pit, another endgame activity in Diablo 4 that can be challenging for new players. If you get and equip the Azurewrath Unique sword, your Barbarian will have up to a 20% chance to Freeze enemies for 3 seconds, dealing 450 to 900 Cold damage. You will also receive the following stat bonuses thanks to the item’s Affixes:
