Conqueror’s Haki is one of the rarest powers to exist in the One Piece world. Unlike the other two Haki forms, this power isn’t accessible by everyone but exists within only a chosen few. Its basic level allows the user to intimidate and overwhelm those who have weaker wills.

The advanced usage of this technique allows the user to coat themselves with Conqueror’s Haki and deal significantly greater damage to their enemies. Although Conqueror’s Haki is rare in One Piece, many users exist in the New World and only a handful have total mastery over it.

23 Don Chinjao

Don Chinjao is a character fans are very well aware of. He made his debut in the Dressrosa arc where it was revealed that he was a legendary pirate from the past. Chinjao has a bounty of over 500 million berries, which just goes to show that he was an elite pirate back in the day. He was also revealed to be a user of all three types of Haki. Chinjao fought against Luffy in the Corrida Colosseum and there, he demonstrated his proficiency over Conqueror’s Haki.

While the basic form of his Haki was decent, he was not strong enough to advance this power to the next level or coat himself in it. Chinjao also lost to Luffy rather easily.

22 Portgas D. Ace

Portgas D. Ace was the son of the legendary Gol D. Roger, which is one of the reasons why he possessed the power of Conqueror’s Haki. Ace first awakened this power at the age of 10 when he fought against Bluejam in the Grey Terminal.

During his journey as a pirate, Ace learned how to use all three Haki types, and on Fishman Island, he used Conqueror’s Haki to knock Hammond out easily. Sadly, Ace never got to become an exceptional user of this power due to his untimely death.

21 Eustass Kid

The Captain of the Kid Pirates, Eustass Kid is one of the most powerful pirates in the New World and one that is certainly going to make waves moving forward.

Kid is an exceptionally strong character who relies mostly on the power of the Jiki Jiki no Mi, however, he has access to Conqueror’s Haki as well. Sadly, he has rarely used this ability so far so it is unknown how proficient he is with it.

20 Doflamingo

• Affiliation: Pirates
• Haki Type: Armament, Observation, Conqueror’s

Doflamingo is a former Celestial Dragon who was also one of the elite pirates in the New World. He served as a member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea until recently, before falling to Monkey D. Luffy. Doflamingo also had access to all three Haki types. While his control over the two basic Haki types, the Color of Arms and the Color of Observation, was decent, he did not have great control over the Color of the Supreme King.

Doflamingo’s Conqueror’s Haki was seen in effect when he used it to knock out the members of G5. Furthermore, he also used this ability when he clashed with Luffy. That said, he did not possess any advanced application of this power, making him an average user of Conqueror’s Haki overall.

19 Katakuri

The second son of Charlotte Linlin, Katakuri is one of Big Mom’s Three Sweet Commanders and is thus extremely powerful. He possesses a bounty of 1,057,000,000 berries, which makes him a force to be reckoned with.

Katakuri is the strongest member of the Big Mom Pirates after Big Mom herself so there is little surprise that he wields this power. In the fight against Luffy, Katakuri displayed the ability to use Conqueror’s Haki when he knocked out Flampe and all her men.

18 Boa Hancock

Amazon Lily’s Empress, Boa Hancock, is one of the former Shichibukai and an incredibly powerful pirate. She set out to sea as the captain of the Kuja Pirates at a very young age and was immediately made a Shichibukai after her very first voyage placed an 80 million berries bounty on her head.

Hancock is extremely skilled with Haki usage, as explained by the Boa sisters during the Amazon Lily arc. Given that Hancock’s sisters could use high-level Haki forms, it is likely that she can tap into advanced Conqueror’s Haki as well.

17 Roronoa Zoro

The right-hand man of Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro is an exceptionally skilled swordsman who has the ability to use Conqueror’s Haki, or Haoshoku Haki, as well. He awakened this power for the first time when he fought Kaido and managed to scar him using it in the Wano Country arc.

Later, in the fight against King, Zoro used Conqueror’s Haki to tame Enma completely. Eventually, Zoro managed to coat all his swords in what appears to be the advanced form of Conqueror’s Haki, making him one of the strongest swordsmen in the story now.

Advanced Conqueror’s Haki Usage

Roronoa Zoro awakened Conqueror’s Haki during the Wano Country arc when he first fought against Kaido on the rooftop. It is there that Zoro accidentally tapped into his Conqueror’s Haki and coated his blade in it, managing to scar the Yonko in the process. Later on, he fought against King the Wildfire and, in this fight, he managed to gain full control over his power.

Now, Zoro has conscious control over the advanced form of this power. In fact, he can coat all of his swords in its advanced form. Against King, he managed to awaken this ability and then went on to defeat him soundly in combat. His strongest attack, Dragon Damnation, was enough to clip one of King’s wings, break through his sword, and send him crashing down to Wano.

16 Sengoku

Also known as the Buddha, Sengoku is an extremely powerful Marine who led the organization as its Fleet Admiral before the two-year timeskip. Surprisingly, he’s the only second known Marine in the story to possess Conqueror’s Haki so far.

Sadly, Sengoku hasn’t ever utilized this ability to the fans’ knowledge, however, the fact that he possesses it was confirmed in the Vivre Card, nonetheless. How proficient he is with this power remains to be seen.

15 Yamato

Yamato is the son of Kaido so there is absolutely no surprise that he possesses the power to use Conqueror’s Haki as well. Yamato awakened this power at the age of 8 and has, since then, been training it. By the age of 28, Yamato is one of the strongest Conqueror’s Haki users.

What’s more, Yamato can now use the advanced form of Conqueror’s Haki that allows her to coat herself and her weapons in it as well. In the fight against Kaido, Yamato was able to hold his own and even make him bleed.

Advanced Conqueror’s Haki Usage

Yamato is an incredible user of Conqueror’s Haki. Being the child of Kaido, Yamato was born with the ability to wield Conqueror’s Haki. This ability was utilized by her throughout the Wano arc, right from the moment of her debut. Yamato used Conqueror’s Haki to knock out Ulti. Moments later, she also clashed with Kaido and managed to pull off abilities similar to him with this Haki.Yamato also struck Greenbull with this Haki type and managed to injure him to a great degree. Undoubtedly, Yamato’s Conqueror’s Haki is of the highest order and can only improve further as the story continues.

14 Silvers Rayleigh

Introduced during Sabaody Archipelago, Silvers Rayleigh is the Roger Pirates’ former First Mate. He’s an incredibly powerful pirate who, although doesn’t have a Devil Fruit, has great mastery over all the Haki types.

Rayleigh’s proficiency with this skill is such that he taught its usage to Monkey D. Luffy. He has also been seen using its advanced form, an it is clear that he possesses it. Regardless, his control over the other aspects of Conqueror’s Haki is certainly incredible.

Advanced Conqueror’s Haki Usage

Rayleigh is a character who fans also knew to be a user of all three types of Haki. As such, his Conqueror’s Haki was already demonstrated in the story, however, its advanced application was not seen until after the events of the Wano Country arc. When Blackbeard invaded Amazon Lily and attempted to steal the Devil Fruit of Boa Hancock, it was Rayleigh who showed up and saved the day.

He did this by making use of his advanced Conqueror’s Haki. Fans could see black bolts of Haki stemming from his blade, which signified an advanced usage of it. Sadly, Rayleigh is old right now, meaning his Haki is probably not as strong as it once was, however, in his prime, this power ought to have been incredible.

13 Kozuki Oden

Oden is an incredibly powerful user of Conqueror’s Haki. Although in his case, the usage of Conqueror’s Haki isn’t explicitly stated, Oden can surely utilize this power, indicated by the fact that he was able to scar Kaido. According to Kaido himself, the only ability capable of scarring or seriously damaging him is Conqueror’s Haki.

This is why Kaido immediately realized that Zoro had used Conqueror’s Haki when he received a slash across the chest. This is because it was reminiscent of what Oden did to him, only on a much greater scale. The fact is that Oden is a very capable user of Conqueror’s Haki and the fact that he was able to build both Enma and Ame no Habakiri with great skill just goes to prove that.

12 Saint Shepherd Ju Peter

Saint Sheffield Ju Peter is one of the strongest Elders that the fans have seen in One Piece, and he possesses the power of the Sandworm Yokai. While his yokai transformation is certainly impressive, he has much more than just that in his locker. St Ju Peter also possesses tremendous Haki, and this was confirmed in the series on many occasions, especially when he was summoned on Egghead.

The likes of Zoro and Lucci explicitly stated that all the Elders have overwhelmingly powerful Haki. Fans know that the black lightning sparks that he gave off when he first arrived were Conqueror’s Haki, and that he possesses this power in abundance, which makes him one of the strongest users of it.

11 Saint Jaygarcia Saturn

St Jaygarcia Saturn is one of the Five Elders, and, as a result, one of the highest authorities in the World Government. He is an incredibly powerful individual, and his strength knows absolutely no bounds. Saturn possesses immense Haki, as was confirmed when he arrived on Egghead.

Even though he hasn’t been explicitly stated to have Conqueror’s Haki, all Five Elders hold this power up their sleeve, and that much goes without saying. In fact, his level of Haki is actually very powerful, given that both Lucci and Zoro were astonished at the amount they were sensing from all the Elders on Egghead.

10 Saint Marcus Mars

St Marcus Mars is one of the strongest figures in the One Piece world, and among the Five Elders, he appears to be doubly special. He has the power of the Itsumade Yokai, and his abilities are so strong that he was able to break through the Labophase barrier. He made this possible by coating his entire body in Haki. In fact, upon seeing him, Jinbe gave off the same impression that he did when he first saw the blast of Haki that was produced by Shanks in Wano.

It can be said that his Conqueror’s Haki is somewhat comparable to that of Shanks. Saint Marcus Mars is most certainly a powerful user of Conqueror’s Haki and fans will most definitely see more of it as the series moves forward.

9 Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro

St Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro is one of the strongest Elders, and he’s quite special, given that he is a swordsman and has the power of the Bakotsu Yokai. Just like the other Elders, he most definitely has the power of Conqueror’s Haki as well.

Even though he hasn’t utilized this skill yet, all the Elders will most certainly have Conqueror’s Haki, and Nusjuro is no different. It shouldn’t be long until Oda shows his usage of Conqueror’s Haki to the fans.

8 Saint Topman Warcury

• Affiliation: World Government
• Haki Type: Armament, Observation, Conqueror’s

St Topman Warcury, who is also a member of the Five Elders, is a very powerful individual, and at the same time, a user of Conqueror’s Haki as well. It is through St Topman Warcury that Oda confirmed that all the members of the Five Elders have access to this ability. Warcury utilized the power of Conqueror’s Haki in his battle against Luffy.

When the Giants blew a horn to signal retreat, St Topman Warcury attacked Luffy and the Giants with a horn of his own, and this roar was infused with Conqueror’s Haki. The road was so powerful that Luffy was sent flying and the Giants were disoriented as well. Nearby Marine ships started shaking and many Marines passed out too. Clearly, he possessed a very powerful Conqueror’s Haki.

7 Big Mom

Like Shanks, Big Mom is a Yonko and thus an incredibly powerful fighter. She has a bounty of 4,338,000,000 berries on her head, which is second only to Yonko Kaido.

Big Mom has a powerful Devil Fruit called the Soru Soru no Mi in her possession and at the same time, she has a great mastery over all the Haki forms. She was seen using advanced Conqueror’s Haki and knock Page One out in a single punch with ease on Onigashima.

Advanced Conqueror’s Haki Usage

Big Mom, being one of the Yonko of the Sea, is a user of advanced Conqueror’s Haki as well. Fans have seen her utilize this skill on many occasions in the story, however, it is still an underutilized ability for her. Big Mom’s first demonstration of this power came when she used it against Page One and knocked him out in a single blow. Then, she was seen making use of this ability off-screen during her fight against Kid and Law, however, when she actually got down to business, she did not utilize this ability at all.

Towards the very end of her fight, Big Mom used the defensive application of advanced Conqueror’s Haki, however, by this point, she was weakened so much that she couldn’t fend off the powerful onslaught of the Worst Generation duo. In the end, fans cannot say for sure how strong her Conqueror’s Haki was since Oda heavily underutilized this aspect of her character. Fans can only hope that they get a better look at Big Mom in the future through some flashback, or current timeline event if she truly is alive, and get a grasp of how well she utilizes this skill.

6 Garp

Garp is a legendary character in the world of One Piece. Hailed as the Hero of the Marines, Garp is someone who once stood neck and neck with the Pirate King, Roger. Given that he does not rely on any Devil Fruit in battle, it was almost a given for him to possess Conqueror’s Haki.

This was especially true given that both his son as well as his grandson have the ability to use this power. In the Egghead Arc, it was finally confirmed to the fans that Garp is a user of Conqueror’s Haki. That said, Garp’s Haki has certainly weakened due to old age. In his prime, Garp would have been able to destroy the entirety of the Pirate Island if he so wished. This admission came through Garp himself. That is not to say that his Haki is weak. Given that he was able to overpower an Admiral even in old age and split the island-sized skull on the Pirate Island with a single punch infused with Conqueror’s Haki, it can easily be assumed that he is one of the strongest users of this ability in One Piece.

5 Kaido

• Haki Type: Armament, Observation, Conqueror’s

Yonko Kaido is the strongest pirate alive in the One Piece world at the moment. He possesses the power of the Mythical Zoan Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, which makes him a menace in combat. On top of that, Kaido’s Conqueror’s Haki mastery appears to be immense.

All his strongest techniques, such as Thunder Bagua or Ragnaraku see the usage of this power. In fact, Luffy picked up on how to coat himself in Conqueror’s Haki by observing Kaido’s techniques.

Advanced Conqueror’s Haki Usage

During his fight against Kaido, he was able to hurt the Yonko and drop him to his knees with just a few punches.

Advanced Conqueror’s Haki Usage

In Wano, Luffy took his Haki to the next level. At first, he managed to learn advanced Ryuo, however, during his fight against Kaido, he managed to tap into the advanced form of Conqueror’s Haki. While he put Kaido on his back with just a few punches at first, it became abundantly clear that his control over this power was not good enough.

This is exactly why Kaido ended up knocking him out and throwing him into the sea. However, shortly after Luffy returned, his Haki had improved a lot more. The more he fought, the better his Haki got. By the end of the fight, Luffy could coat his entire fist, which was the size of an island, in Conqueror’s Haki and this, eventually, is what caused Kaido to lose the battle. Right now, Luffy is among the very best users of Conqueror’s Haki.
