Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown takes place on Mount Qaf and its adjoining areas. Players will spend most of their time looking for valuable items that will help Sargon achieve his goal of saving Prince Ghassan from certain death.
During the early parts of the adventure, Sargon encounters a particularly tough opponent, namely, the Jailer. The enemy will be in the Sacred Archives, waiting to pounce on players. The smart thing is to avoid the Jailer and get away safely. However, if he does see you, he will end up throwing Sargon into prison.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown – Minimum PC Requirements
Ahead of its launch, Ubisoft has revealed the minimum PC requirements for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.
How To Escape From Prison In The Lost Crown
When Sargon is sent to prison, he will be inside a room with seemingly no exits. Toward the right, there is an inscription on the wall by a previous prisoner, and a bit further is a locked gate. Go to the extreme left and pick up the broken chains.
Then jump up and repeatedly attack the ceiling until a part of it collapses. Go through the gap and keep running toward the right till you see some objects blocking the way. Destroy them using Sargon’s weapons, and then proceed to demolish the barricade. Slide out of there, and there should be a lever. Use it to unlock the gate to the prison cell.
Next, jump up where two enemies with spears are being kept. You have to keep jumping up without getting hit by their spears. As you reach a narrow area, there will be two more mobs with spears, but they can easily be killed. After they are defeated, run right. There will be a closed door, but it can be opened by stepping on a switch. Walk toward it and stand on it until the door opens.
Go through it, and you should be back in the Sacred Archives. With this, players will have successfully escaped from the prison.
There is a good chance that Sargon might end up getting caught by the Jailer again, so if it happens, players should follow the same route again. Also, the Jailor has a huge bubble surrounding him, which indicates his range.
As long as you stay out of it, he won’t be able to detect you. With this strategy, going past him won’t be a problem either. If The Lost Crown players decide that they want to kill the Jailer, they will only be able to stop him momentarily. He cannot be killed until players obtain the time power inside the Sacred Archives.
