Sengoku Dynasty gives players a lot of work to do if they hope to establish a thriving dynasty in the Peasant Kingdom and liberate it from the various bandit factions. One crucial step in your quest will be the completion of Special Projects in each region.
As their name suggests, Special Projects are atypical building projects that you can take on in Sengoku Dynasty. One early example of this is repairing the broken bridge near a ruined village so people can use it for easier travel and trade. Special Projects require players to dedicate workers and resources to them and wait for them to be completed, a process that can take multiple seasons. This guide will discuss the basics of Special Projects and offer advice on how to handle them.

How to Build Special Projects in Sengoku Dynasty
To start a Special Project in Sengoku Dynasty, you must first find the build site. Once you’ve visited the area, they’ll be marked with a signpost icon on your map to make them easier to find in the future. Once you’ve located the Build Site, you’ll need to build a Basic Structure called the “Special Project Construction Workshop”, which requires 6 Logs, 10 Planks, 10 Bamboo, and 10 Stone.
Once you’ve assembled the Workshop at the build site, you’ll then need to provide the necessary materials for the project, as indicated when you look at the Workshop. In our example above, the bridge requires 12 Logs and 20 Planks. It also requires a worker, who you’ll need to assign to the Workshop from the Dynasty Tab. Workers you assign to a Special Project cannot perform any other tasks, so you’ll have to make sure there’s enough food and other essentials to sustain them until the project is completed.
Once you’ve supplied the necessary resources and assigned workers, you’ll need to wait. Special Projects can take multiple seasons to complete, so get on with other things and advance the season until a cutscene plays indicating that the project is finished.
