Harada responded to the fan by simply stating that all of Tekken 8‘s characters “are 30 years old,” coinciding with the original Tekken‘s launch in 1994. The fan inquiry came as a result of Tekken 8‘s in-game character bios lacking an official age, with one fan asking about franchise newcomer Reina. Tekken has previously released characters’ ages through official character profiles, though no ages have been confirmed in Tekken 8 yet.
