Wuthering Waves: Havoc Rover Build Guide

After completing the Jinzhou arc, Rovers can switch between Spectro and Havoc Elements in Wuthering Waves. The Havoc Rover becomes a strong main DPS who can stay longer on the field, dealing a constant amount of DMG. Of course, with a new Wuthering Waves Element, comes farming for new Havoc Rover build and materials.

The good news is that Havoc Rover works with the same Swords that fit their Spectro Element. However, everything else needs farming again to properly build Havoc Rover in Wuthering Waves.

Havoc Rover Best Build In Wuthering Waves

Havoc Rover Best Echoes In Wuthering Waves

Now that Rover is a Havoc unit in Wuthering Waves, their best Echo Set becomes 5pc of Sun-sinking Eclipse, which grants them up to 40% Havoc DMG. You can also go for 5pc of Lingering Tunes as it adds a decent amount of ATK% over time and Rover can stay on the field enough to gather it all. Finally, if you haven’t farmed enough Echoes yet, building Rover with 2pc of Sun-sinking Eclipse and 2pc of Lingering Tunes is viable since it grants a slight boost to their ATK% and Havoc DMG.

When choosing Havoc Rover’s main Echo, Dreamless has the most attractive passive since it gains 50% extra DMG when Rover is the one who’s calling out Dreamless. However, Crownless is also good since it deals a decent amount of DMG and buff Rover’s Havoc DMG and Resonance Skill by 12% each. In case you’re going to farm for a main Echo, prioritize farming Crownless since they can work on someone else, while Dreamless exclusively works with Rover.

Havoc Rover Best Weapons In Wuthering Waves

The best weapon for Havoc Rover in Wuthering Waves is Emerald of Genesis as it gives them Crit Rate, Energy Regen, and ATK%. The 5-star Sword fits perfectly and would make farming Echoes easier as players can now fully focus on Echoes with Crit DMG main stat.

As for 4-star options, Commando of Conviction is ahead of all other 4-star Swords because of its universal ATK% buff. Lumingloss and Lunar Cutter are overly close DMG-wise, so whichever is higher in rank should be prioritized above the others.

Finally, for F2P players, either craft Sword#18 or settle for Sword of Night and Guardian Sword until a better option comes along.

Havoc Rover Forte Priority In Wuthering Waves

Havoc Rover gets most of their DMG from their Dark Surge Basic ATK and Resonance Liberation. Dark Surge scaling is available within Rover’s Forte Circuit, so, starting with Rover’s Ultimate and Forte Circuit is ideal. After that, Havoc Rover’s Resonance Skill and their actual Basic ATK are not that important to their kit, but can be leveled to increase their DPS.
