Making progress in a game like Palworld means using all sorts of techniques, and that usually requires harvesting the right resources. However, it is not always easy to find the right resources to craft a particular recipe, which makes repairing a much easier alternative compared to crafting something all over again.

This applies to weapons in the game, which come with various amounts of durability that will be reduced with every use. It is important to always have working weapons out in the world, and learning how to repair them will help players make better use of their resources in the long run.

Palworld’s Early Access May Have Already Cleared One of its Most Important Hurdles

Palworld’s recently launched early access has drawn huge amounts of attention, and the game has potentially already overcome a significant challenge.

Repairing Broken Weapons in Palworld

From the most primitive weapons to more advanced ones, they can all be repaired in Palworld with the right resources. However, before that can be possible, there are a few steps to take.

First, players will have to unlock the Repair Bench recipe using Technology Points. This can be easily done in the first hour of the game, as it is only in the second level of unlocks found in the Technology tab. Once that is done, players can construct the Repair Bench back at the base. Once the structure is in place, any and all weapons can now be repaired so that players need not go to the trouble of crafting a new set at the workbench.

To do so, simply walk up to the Repair Bench and press F to interact with it. This will bring up a menu showing all the weapons that are currently in the Inventory. Highlighting and clicking on any that has lost durability will display the required materials needed to bring the weapon back to its full glory. This resource cost is usually lower than the amount needed to craft the item, making it more worthwhile for players.

Clicking on the blue Repair button will initiate the process, which is completed instantly and players can get back on their way. Always remember to keep everything in working shape, so that nothing can catch you off guard out in the wild.
