All Shadow Raids in Pokemon Go’s Adventure Week: Taken Over Event

In Pokemon GO, the 2024 Adventure Week event is set to run between August 2 and August 12. Within this timeframe, the Adventure Week: Taken Over event will run between August 8 and August 12. During Adventure Week: Taken Over, players will witness more frequent appearances from Team GO Rocket, both at PokeStops and in Hot Air Balloons.

Members of Team GO Rocket will wield different Shadow Pokemon during the event, with Tirtouga, Archen, and Timburr all being possible members of their teams. During the event, Pokemon that you manage to rescue from Team GO Rocket Grunts will also have a chance of being shiny.

In addition to these changes, Shadow Cresselia will be available to encounter and capture through a new Special Research Story, and Shadow Lugia is making a special return to 5-Star Shadow Raids. However, Shadow Lugia isn’t the only Shadow Pokemon to return, with multiple first-stage and second-stage Pokemon from various Generations also making an appearance in 1-Star and 3-Star Raids.
