With health, mana, and stamina being some of the most important stats for survival in The Lands Between, FromSoft has made sure to provide players with enough utility to recover them. There are plenty of HP and Stamina boosting talismans available in Elden Ring, but when it comes to mana or FP, it lacks a talisman for recovering FP that mirrors the Blessed Dew Talisman, which restores 2 HP every second. If you are looking for the same restorative effect for FP, then the best option is to look for Starlight Shards in Elden Ring.

Starlight Shards are one of the many consumable items available in Elden Ring. Upon using this item, the Tarnished lifts their hand and breaks the shard to gain a mana regeneration effect for the next 60 seconds. During this time, the character will recover 2 FP every second, amounting to a total of 120 FP over time. Starlight Shards are among the most valuable items in Elden Ring because of their rarity, as they only come in limited numbers. For this reason, Starlight Shards are recommended for use during difficult fights where you are close to winning and just need to cast some spells or Ashes of War to come out victorious.

Most Starlight Shards are located in front of stone astrolabes, a half bowl-shaped structure commonly found near the edge of cliffs. In this guide, you can find the locations of all Starlight Shards in Elden Ring.
